A Piece of Cake — Restaurant in Paris

I have been coming to this place for quite some time. I have gotten bad customer service here today for the last time. There were a few times in the past where something wasn’t right and it would always be an issue. This morning I went and got a frappe. I was on my way to a meeting so I couldn’t turn right around and come back so I called to let them know that my frappe wasn’t blended good and was still full of powder. Kat told me that she would have to ask her boss about it so she gets back on the phone and says, “my boss said you would have to bring it back.” That wasn’t a problem bc I left It in the car while attending my meeting bc I wasn’t going to drink it like that anyway. When I came to return it about an hour later, a nice girl comes to get it from me and I asked her did they use a powder to make it? She said yes and I told her it was full of powder. The owner starts walking to the front to tell me that couldn’t be bc she watched the girl make it or something and I was like huh? She then says, u know what I’m not gonna argue with you!” I was confused bc I was never arguing in the first place, I only asked the girl that came and got it about the powder. Idk if that lady is naturally rude or what but that wasn’t the first time but it would definitely be my last!!! It’s like she gets upset when a customer brings something back. I’m not sure if she does everyone like that or just me bc of my skin color but I’m tired of giving them chances. I hate that bc the girls at the front are sweet but their boss is very rude for no reason, and bc of that I choose not to spend my money here anymore. You can clearly see the powder substance floating in the top of the cup but let her tell it there was no way that could have happened. Why would she think that I would waste my time coming back to try and get it fixed if there was nothing wrong? My Husband ordered my Birthday Cake from Thereza at A Piece of Cake! It was so good. She made me a special 4 later chocolate cake with whipped cream cream cheese icing. The cake was moist and delicious. The icing wasn't too sweet. It was fluffy and delicious! It had huge blackberries and strawberries around the base and the top! Thereza was a pleasure doing business with. A couple of days after my birthday party we went down to A Piece of Cake for lunch. I live 8 hours from a Piece of cake in Paris. However, our daughters birthday party was held in North Texas, so I found A Piece of cake on Facebook. They made ordering a breeze. I was able to send a picture, along with details all over messenger, then called in payment ahead of time. We picked it up the day before the party, it was in perfect condition even the next day. Everyone loved it so much, there wasn't a crumb leftover. I'd say this cake fed about 80 people.
