I have 2 lines they told me it would be $80 after the first months bill then charged us $140 until like 2 months ago because we finally was like hey you said this then the brought it down to $109 then if we were late by 1 day it would go up to $130 and when we stood up for ourselves the employee tried to curse at us and call my boyfriend names P.S we are 17 and 18 so we wanted to give him a chance to fix it before got mad then when we asked where the rest of the money was going to cuz the text message said we paid $109 when we know we paid $130 then he wouldn't pull up the footage to show where he put the other $21 we paid he made up excuses on why he couldn't then we told him we would call the police and he pulled our money OUT OF HIS POCKET so he had been keeping the extra money we had to pay for the late...

I found out MetroPCSâs owned by T-Mobile. Unless I had my âfamilyâ group w/me there was not a super-competitive plan & the administrative switch-related headaches would be horrendous.    Read moreI went to purchase a phone through through them. Biggest mistake ever. The lady who helped me wasnt answering my questions just started pulling out the phone. Made my payment and left. My phone wasnt working all day so had to go back. The lady who works nights was helpful at first but when was told no insurance on phone, she tried keeping the $6 instead of being honest and just refunding me. Yes its only $6 but can get my baby diapers with that. Anyways horrible customer service and very rude employees. Next time want to start cursing out a customer when they have to wait outside for your mistake, make sure they have completely left...
