If I could I'd give this place a 0 🌟 star rating I definitely would. NOT KID/FAMILY FRIENDLY PEOPLE!!!

My husband and I had been wanting to take our kids to this place for a while.. Then a couple days ago we were invited to a birthday party here. So 1st time to this place last night and I'll NEVER go back!!! The blonde lady at the shoe couter was very rude and unprofessional. We were here attending a young childs birthday party, and the whole time we were being harassed by this blonde lady and an older man in a hat. Each time for something like

• not more than 1 ball at a time. ( toddlers dont know about turn taking and get excited to bowl. It only happened once.

•no stepping over the line ( my 3 year old. She threatened to kick us out the next time he did it.)

•No food or drinks beyond the table. ( the 3 of us were sitting behind the bowling chairs and in front of the table on the floor) we weren't out of the table area.

•Orange ball is for kids 10 years or younger.(My son is 3 i beleive he qualifies for orange)

•Dont roll the ball before the pin arm is fully up ( my 3 year old knocked the ball off the ball slide a little early but it did not roll fast enough to hit the pin bar before it was up.

On our way out we overheard the blonde lady say to the man working there ... That she was glad that the party we attended were leaving.

It was not an enjoyable family fun experience. We will never come back and I'll will make sure to tell our friends and family how rude and unprofessional the workers here are.. So disappointing 😞 the kids there couldnt have been more...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Me my husband, my sister in law, her husband and 3 kids were trying to have a nice and fun family night. But man did that night go from fun to rage. The employees there have the worst mood I have ever witnessed. My husband wanted to get some beers and the bar tender was being lazy chopping it up with her little friends at the front desk and my husband would have to keep searching for her to get another. He had asked her nicely if he could get a bucket since she wasn't ever at the bar and she said no that he isn't allowed to get a bucket of beer unless it was 2 people. But she let some big dude get a bucket of beer all by himself!!! These people just had a problem with my husband and our family for what I couldn't say. But they really need to fix there damn attitude and that bartender that couldn't do her job right and was saying she was the "manager" they need a manager that can actually do there damn job right. It's not hard at all to have good customer service but me and my family will never come here again because of how hostile and rude the staff are there. It's a cute bowling alley but they need to pick there staff better Or fix that chicks attitude. Beware anyone who wants to come here to enjoy family time because they will truly make your time...

Dirty, with a jacked up parking lot. The Karen owner is extremely rude to handicapped people. Attacked me for entering a door to the pool room. Claiming that there was a closed sign at the end of the building by a window. Who the hell would know that?

How about a sign on the door? How about locking the door? How about being civil, especially when it is HER fault!. I realize it's a filthy dive as real bowling allies go, but chasing away business won't get the smell out of the carpet, paint on the walls, or that "kitchen" (not resteraunt quality appliances/tools) fixed up.

And WHERE THE HELL IS CODE ENFORCEMENT? THIS PLACE SEVERLY NEEDS A HEALTH DEPARTMENT CHECK!

Imagine professionals, real Parisians, opening a clean and welcoming entertainment center! Wouldn't take much to bury this place.

(By the way, tge Karen can argue, but four people in our party witnessed her behavior, so she's...
