I purchased s20 ultra 5 g along with screen protector, case, and dash magnet. I let the woman put it all together as I wait and even asked if the magnet was done right because she put it on the phone instead of case. Well because of this the phone does not stay like it suppose to so it fell and broke the screen protector. I call and they say we will replace screen protector. When I brought it in it a different screen protector than original. Thats fine but when installing it she didn't properly clean screen and had bubbles every where. But she reassured me that it was just the way it suppose to be and told me the bubbles would come out once the phone got hot. So in short don't let the staff do it because they won't even read the direction to properly install and when confronted will ' reassure' you they know what they doing.-
-EDIT- Went back 3rd time the person there proper put my screen on and the exact product so instead of leaving this one star it will be 2 realistically if I could 2 half close to 3. So hopefully I can good enough service to start with 3 to 5 stars but this last experience overall gonna have to stick...

Sales said they will transfer my data come back in couple hours. When I got back the phone had 2 DEEP scratches at top and bottom. When I pointed it out sales lady yelled at manager across store saying he accusing me of scratching his phone. I said I aināt accusing anyone itās just scratched and I didnāt do it.
