Whataburger — Restaurant in Paris

Did not care for their service AT ALL VERY UNORGANIZED if your going to try to have 2 lines you need 2 build things right to suit your customers & have workers that aren't confused & giving out wrong orders & taking people money then don't give them their change but you go from car to car collecting money HATE is a strong word BUT !!!! I HATE I EVER WENT THERE part of my food was hot & the other was like warm then 1 person is running out telling another oh no that's the wrong order & then people @ least 3 besides myself got out & went back into the Whataburger & had to come back & sit & wait for all this mix up if you have a car at the beginning of the line waiting that person ought to have their food served 1st but these DISORGANIZED INDIVIDUALS was terrible at their suppose to be organized 2 lane system IF YOU WANT TO HAVE WHAT MC DONALDS HAVE YOU NEED TO GO TAKE NOTES !!!!! Oh!!! & by the way it was only this location that was HORRIBLE !!! I frequent many Whataburger's & the food has been great & not DISORDERLY🤔🙄😏😒😱 I will visit ANY OTHER fast food restaurant than this place NEVER WILL I EVER GO THERE FOR MYSELF AGAIN !!!! I prefer THE SIRLOIN STOCADE ANYWAYS BUT !!! I NEEDED TO BE SOMEWHERE & THOUGHT OH THEY HAVE GOOD BURGERS I WILL STOP @ WHATABURGER NOPE...

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a what a burger. When we came in there was a lady already yelling at the manager on duty about her order they had messed up but she showed them her receipt and the manager on duty acted like he just didn’t care. My husband ordered jalapeños on the side. When he got his burger there were only 2 jalapeños and they were on his burger. He got up and asked for more and the same manager said it wasn’t on the screen and yelled at the cashier. She then pointed to the screen and showed him it was on the screen. So being a smarty pants he handed my husband a large bowl full of jalapeños. As I was eating my fries I noticed a curly black hair in them. Not one of us has black hair. I took my fries up to the counter and he looked upset that I was bringing something back. I showed him the hair he then proceeded to roll his eyes and told the girl working the fries to drop me some fresh ones. They did replace my small for a large ones. Then my granddaughter’s chicken tenders were extremely dark like the oil hadn’t been changed. We stop at this whataburger a lot in our travels but I don’t think we will be back just because of this particular manager on duty’s...

We got here at around midnight, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The tables were pretty dirty (we had to wipe one off to sit down--it had ketchup smeared on it). We went to order, and it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order--the staff were standing in the drive-thru area talking with each other. The lady who came to take our order was nice but just walked off in the middle of my order (not a word from her was said, and she was gone for about 2 minutes; long enough that another worker stepped in and started to finish our order until she returned). After we ordered, a large group of people arrived, so the place got busy fast. It took 28 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries, and when our food was ready, they stood at the front and called our number instead of bringing it to the table.
