I had a sleep study scheduled on Feb 13, 2025 at 2130 hrs. I arrived at 2115 hrs. My sleep study didn't start until almost 2230 when the technician started putting all the wires on my head, arms, and legs. I think her name was Martha. She did give me a form to fill out but I figured if I filled it how I really felt, then it would not get turned in, plus she was rushing me. When attaching the wires standing in front of me, she passes gas loudly and smelly. She said excuse me and then proceeded to continue to pass gas several more times. She had told me to put my stuff on the table upon arrival so I asked how would I be able to get my stuff while all wired up. She told me that I didn't need my stuff. I responded that I had my Ipad in my bag so I could read to make self sleepy. She then picked up my bag and purse and tossed it toward the bed and it landed on the floor. I had to tell her that was really rude and uncalled for and I would not put up with that type of behavior. So once she got me lying down in the bed, she picked up my purse and bag and put it on the bed beside me. I asked her for some water to take my medications and she brought me an 8 ounce bottle of water. When I started drinking it with my medications, she told me I couldn't drink it all because I couldn't get up to go to the bathroom. I informed her that I drank plenty of water all the time and I was not incontinent and knew what I could drink and don't have to get up during the night. The next morning I was supposed to be awakened by 0500 and discharged by 0600. But she came in the room at 0515, turning on the lights and telling me she had to unhook me and I needed to get dressed right away. I can only assume that she was still running behind from the night before. She casually mentioned the 2 papers for me to fill out and return to her. This woman had no good bedside manner and I hope no one else has to go through what I suffered. The only kind thing she did was bring me a blanket...
Read moreDisgusting excuse for an ER. If you are in pain, DO NOT waste your time coming here. They don’t care. I came in for severe abdominal pain. Place is pretty clean and neat, but that’s the only thing positive. The guy behind check in window doesn’t say a word. You pick up clip board and fill out two sheets, just to hand back in, to silent Bob. He later comes out (still not saying a word) to put on your plastic bracelet. I then later get called in by a young female tech/nurse whose pants are on so tight they looked like they were airbrushed on. Don’t know anybody’s name cause you can’t read their IDs and they don’t introduce themselves. Anyway she barely says two words while trying to take my blood pressure. She screws it up so the guy at the desk has to tell her how to do it. She starts up machine then takes a seat and starts getting on her phone. A real assurance that I’m in for real professional care. Not! Her attitude sucked. Fire her! You don’t belong being in the medical field with an attitude like that. So I’m asked why I came in. I explain that I’m in pain. At no time am I asked my pain levels or offered anything. I was just tossed back in the waiting room. So the waiting begins, with no communication. I have no idea when I’m up, how long the wait is, etc. It’s a whole different ball game when you’re in a large amount of pain, and have to just sit there. I eventually left and went elsewhere. This place is just unreliable. It’s unsettling to know when you need urgent medical care, that there is none available here. Complete lack of humanity. Shame on...
Read moreHonestly, this is THE worst hospital I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. The building is falling in on itself, the equipment is severely outdated, the staff, while somewhat friendly, don't tell you anything even when you ask. I specifically told them to call me about my mother when she was being moved from ER to a room, they didn't. They didn't even tell me she was being moved to a nursing facility. I found out when I got there and the room was being deep cleaned. They also don't answer the calls from the patient remote. Which resulted in my mom falling and making a mess while I was at work. They didn't clean her up or the mess in the floor until she had left. My brother has a lot of the same experiences with this place as well. In all factuality, the place needs to be shut down, and the companies that own the place taken to court for everything they've neglected to do with the facility. Highly DO NOT...
