This place never fails to screw up your order. This location tends to fill the cups to the brim with ice when you order a soft drink. So when you try to wash down the still cold, reheated tater tots, you better do it on the first sip, because there is not a second sip.
I often went there for tea with lemons. They would put a single 6th of a lemon in a 44oz drink, and they didn't even squeeze the juices on the ice before pouring the tea. Seems like a petty problem, but how does this place expect to keep customers if they can't put in the effort of doing their jobs. I now drive the extra ten minutes to go to Braum's for tea and buy my own lemon.
Never have I received not-cold chicken. I honestly think they would make you wait 30 minutes for your order just to ensure that you get it cold and reheated.

I always order on the app and I had pulled into the first stall I saw which happened to be stall one. The worker brought me my food and then proceeded to very sarcastically tell me about closer parking to the building and how she wouldn’t have had to walk so far and told me I needed to park closer next time. They just disconnect you from the microphone and expect you to pay whatever’s on the screen. We placed an order online and went to pick it up today instead since I was not happy with the the button order. The manager came out and accused us of trying to steal another stalls order because he couldn’t find our online order. We offered to show him the receipt which seemed to offend him.
