Taco Casa — Restaurant in Paris

I have been to Taco Casa at least 100 times since they opened. I enjoyed their food but for months now their bean burritos have been horrible. The beans are so watery and the tortilla soggy. The last 5 times this has happened and now I don't even bother getting them there. One of those times I got the bean burrito and the beans were so watery that when I picked the wrapped burrito up, the watery beans fell all over the place and burned my hand and my legs. I had red marks for hours. I still enjoy the tacos but something really needs to be done about watering down the beans. In the beginning your bean burritos were so good. Now I would never recommend them to anyone. I still eat Taco Casa but will not waste my money on the bean burritos. I had to throw away 4 burritos and will not be wasting money on any more. This place will be lucky to ever get my business again! Not because the food's bad....that's not it at all. Yesterday, Monday March 18, there was a sign advertising 99 cent tacos for Taco Tuesday out by the road. I went to work at 5:30 Tuesday morning and thought about, and talked about, .99 cent tacos all day. When I got off work at 4 p.m., I drove straight to Taco Casa to get tacos for my family for dinner only to be told by the cashier that they had changed the price at 9 a.m. that morning, Tuesday, to $1.99! Bait and Switch? False Advertising? I told them I was going to call corporate and no thank you, I wasn't interested. The staff here at this location in Paris Texas is extremely rude and IGNORANT. I don't know how else to explain an order any simpler than I did and yet the arrogant young man at the counter managed to not only get it wrong, but it was the exact opposite of what we asked for, then he had the gall to shake his head and give a smirk as he rolled his eyes when we brought it to his attention. The lady making the food acted the same way. They made us feel very embarrassed just because we asked to get what we had ordered. Very unprofessional and rude.
