Subway — Restaurant in Paris

My son placed an order at 8:05 for it to be ready by 8:35. I get there to pick it up and as soon as I walk in the door the lady says very rudely, it’s not ready yet. Then when it finally is ready, she speaks to the other clerk and says yes I think this lady has two more sandwiches but I had to stop and make this. When I go there, they fix it like I like it. I customarily buy the foot-long Meatball or Tuna sub when dining there. Each time I’ve traded at that Subway, the wait staff is generous with just the right amount of crisp, perky veggies and Chipotle sauce, especially with a little encouragement.
