Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Paris

The last time I was in a Ross was in early March 2021. The only reason for the lapse in shopping at my beloved Ross was that I moved and didn't live anywhere near one any longer. To say I was amazed & excited when I walked into your Paris, TX store would be an understatement. I visited on 2/12 so I was shocked when the first display I came to was heavily discounted Valentine's Day decor. I bought the most luscious kitchen dish towels (2) for $2.49! I bought three sets (6 towels)! I scored big time when I found a massive bottle of Luseta body wash for $6.99! This exact bottle & scent costs $18.00 on their website!! The store was beautifully stocked & clean and upon checking out I was again greeted by the friendly & outstanding Tashanti who initially greeted me when I entered the store. She was lovely and we chatted all about my purchases as she rang me up. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being such a welcoming store & offering a splendid shopping experience! Extremely poor customer service. My first visit to your store with my 10 year old granddaughter. Older female employee was upset that she was in the dressing room by herself and instructed me to make sure I watch her. If I didn't she would get her manager.At that age she was fully capable to try on clothes in privacy. I said I would like to talk to the manager about her treatment of a customer buying a full basket of clothes. Never got her manager for me and Ill never be back period. When your bathrooms go down and you have a business your size you need to shell out the cash to hire an emergency plumber. Your employees working 8 hours a day should not have to go days on end without a place to use the bathroom, your customers need a place to go as well.
