Whataburger — Restaurant in Paris

Ordered online 4/14. The order wasn't on the shelf so I told the cashier Olivia that I had placed a mobile order and told her my name. She and another employee ( no name tag) talked about their cell phone cover how hers is new it red and pink. And then she showed her screen. So the male employee showed her his phone. No case. And his screen. They shared the story of the cracks and damage on their phones. The male employee then talked about he missed his dog. It had been 2 days. They talked about their dogs and how Olivia just saw her dog. Well 18 minutes of them talking I stepped closer to the counter and Olivia FINALLY acknowledged me and said what was the name. She turned around and picked up the bag off the counter that had been sitting there since I walked in. I asked for fresh fries. Olivia huffed, rolled her eyes, threw my bag on the counter going into the kitchen where it slide to the cook. Olivia walked around behind to the kitchen said something to the cook. He looked at me then grabbed my fries outta the bag and walked towards the back. Olivia walked back around to the counter and told me 30 seconds. Well anyone who has ever worked in fast food knows what just happened. No I didn't eat the fries. I gave away my burger to the man standing on the corner with his dog. Definitely never going here for food for myself. It would be nice to get my money back but no one has answered my call. Be careful and don't interrupt the employees conversation or they will mess with your food which is a health violation and illegal but hey unattended kids will do what...

TERRIBLE. We always look forward to Whataburger when we're in Texas. We were so sad when everyone burgers sucked beyond any bad burger we've ever had! The meat tasted old... like something spoiled. The buns were all stale and cracked. The buns wouldn't even stay together On the burger! They just crumbled. The tables weren't clean, the floors weren't clean. Flies everywhere. I'd walked outside to get some air while the rest of our large group finished eating... while outside I noticed a Whataburger employee on his or her phone (I honestly couldn't tell if this was a male or female) cursing loudly and angrily to what I gathered was a significant other. This employee saw me standing and watching and this only seemed to fuel their hostility to the person they were speaking rudely and abusively to on the phone. So unprofessional yet it didn't seem to matter to this person. I hope Whataburger hasn't come to this. It's so different than what any of us remembered, like they've changed their burgers too. This location needs some serious retraining for...

The building and name grabbed our attention as we were traveling through. I told my friend we had to try it. We made a special trip before we left so we didn't miss out. It was meh at best. I ordered a chocolate shake, and they gave me a vanilla shake. We caught it immediately and they were nice and put chocolate in it. Then they didn't give a straw so we had to ask for one. The shake was good. It was a good consistency not too thick you couldn't drink it. We were really hungry after a long day outside. Unfortunately the fries were old and only slightly warm. The onion rings were crispy. I was really looking forward to the sandwich. I got the bacon and my friend got the jalapeno. They switched up the meals in the bag so we almost got the wrong sandwiches. I was so hungry, but the sandwich didn't live up to the name of the place. It felt more like Whatashame. The service was super friendly and we didn't wait long. The big W got us in there with the unusual graphic design. We won't make any special trips next...
