Where does one begin? The service, the food, and thw atmosphere delivered here has always been A-one AMAZING. First, it strarts who the plan that the Chick-fil-A Corp. has preached and put to practice trhei thru the implementation s handed down and trained instilled into the management top downto the store employees manifested upon to use fellow traversers looking for a well served up quick but hot and or cool meal or trestgoing about our daily life hecktic up and down beats. GREAT JOB: Moises, Franciso, and all the kind and fine sweet ladies working there. Its always "My Pleasure" returning service to an establishement and humans thst pur out a grand service even when its ñot always recipicated back towards ya'll because as consumers we are often always HANGRY. I went to Paris Chickfila on Saturday order 3 meal combos, recieved order drove to Parking lot to hand out items to everyone. We have two sandwiches instead of three. I went today (Thursday) order 4 meal combos and an extra sandwich. I drove all the way home to hand out food and there is one 20 count chicken nuggets and 4 fries. It's 8pm drive back walk in to tell and request new order. I stood there with Managwr waking back and forth in the kitchen thT never aknowledges me, a Manger filling the orders never acknowledges me. A GIRL STANDING OUTSIDE OF DEIVE THEU WINDOW AAK ME IF IVE BEEN HELPED. I TOLD HER NO. SHE COMES TO THE COUNTER I TOLD HER THUS STIXKER ON THW BAG IS MY ORDER BUT WHAT I recieved inside was not. She takes it over starts requesting from kitchen the correct order the manager takes it from her and asked why this went out wrong. I'm still stNdong at the counter, he never Acknowledged me apologized sent the drive thru girl back with two cookies to make up for it. There was a Chic-fil-a in the mall in the town I grew up in so I am a professional Chic-fil-a customer (think 1985 timeframe). They weren't nearly as popular back then but the sandwiches were different, excellent, and filling. Fast forward to 2023 in Paris, TX, new store, all the rage, busy busy busy. Forget the fact that they have messed up the drive-thru through order 2 times in a row (they are famous for a great drive-thru experience, right?) but let me tell you this sandwich is now so tiny it's a bit ridiculous. The tiny bun like a whopper jr. and the chicken fits into the bun nicely (with extra room, so it's about 3 bites. It isn't the breakfast filet, it was at 3pm. They use smaller buns and smaller chicken. Any value of what used to be an affordable tasty lunch is now gone. Sorry Chic-fil-a, I guess I have to go try other options now. (customer service was good after the fact, but maybe the managers need to step it up and teach the order fillers to do it right the first time). That won't fix the new tiny...
