Burger King — Restaurant in Paris

I really enjoyed bringing my kids here to play, and eat lunch or sometimes dinner. That is until today. I’ve had very mediocre experiences with the staff times before, but the experience today too outrageous to ignore.

The lack of customer care from the staff, including shift management, is egregious. This is not a winning franchise location, and I say that with all due respect.

Ex. I ordered using the app, since my kids were playing. After 5 minutes or so I go check on the order. After inquiring when it should be ready I was told they didn’t have my order. Once we cleared that it was ordered, instead of addressing the mix up they chose to paint me as the problem because I didn’t come up and tell them I was there.

After brushing that off, and give them time to complete the order, I return 5 minutes later with my two year old in-tow only to find the order has been bagged. To wit they respond, “Well, it has drive-thru on the receipt!” Even though she LITERALLY just acknowledged my order just 5 minutes before.

But the cherry on top happened as I’m getting the drinks for my kids and me. The shift manager decides that just bringing my tray over and leaving it on the drink station was sufficient customer care. I had a hand full of drinks in my hand AND my two year old son in my arms, and she didn’t think to help me get it to my playing kids in the Play Area. It wasn’t her responsibility, but she showed who was important to her.

Enjoy at your own risk. It’s a sufficient location, however don’t expect much on the service side. Maybe just use the drive thru only if you can bear it. But that’s only my opinion.

After a recent remodel (the place did look nicer) we ate a lunch that was a completely disappointing. It was maybe 1:30-2:00 PM (not busy), there was plenty of people working and the food was only room temperature. The fries were a little warmer, but not by much. The lady at the counter who took our order was in training and very nice. We didn't say anything at the time (I have no idea why...) but I sent in a comment to Burger King's webpage. Someone contacted me fairly quickly and said they would ask the store to contact me and give a refund. After about two weeks I never heard anything from the Paris store. I sent an email back to whoever at Burger King had wrote me and asked about my refund - truly, I didn't care if I got a refund, I kind of wanted some sort of acknowledgement from the actual store. The webpage lady said she had contacted the store again and I should hear from them. After another month, nothing. I wrote back to Burger King and told that I'd never heard a word and that it seemed that whoever managed the Paris Burger King evidently didn't care. My solution is to never return again. Bring back spicy chicken nuggets you jerks! You got me addicted then stopped selling!! That's not fair! They were magical! MAGICAL! They had this delicious powder and somehow a light sauce that made them spicy, tasty, but still crunchy. I could've even inhale them. They were so yummy. My mouth would only allow to slowly chew and enjoy every savory taste escaping to heaven for just 10 minutes until they were gone until next time 💔 This is the south honey, we love spicy food, sweet tea, fried food and manners. The staff each time I go are soooo sweet 💙💙💙 well mannered and quick. Their different personalities always put me in a better mood every time I leave the drive through, such Angel's! They still serve kids meals with crowns 💙 for my little prince 🤴. Been meaning to check out the kids inside playground it looks so big. Also pricing their is great! Cheaper than McDonald's with bigger burgers that taste better. I've missed out for so many years 🙄😂.
