Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Paris

This place is usually spot on with everything but today when I really needed them to come through they failed and then acted as if the could care less. I have COVID so I needed a contactless delivery. I watched the delivery guy pull up across the street from my house check every address on that side of the street without even looking across the street where my address is. He took my food to a door that has no numbers on it and no one lives there. He did not even try to make sure it was the correct house. Called the store and the manager Jessica Dickens and she did not sound like she cared or wanted to help then hung up in my face twice. Called back multiple times to be hung up on by the other workers as well as the next shift manager Sarah. So I finally decided to drive to the store (me and my COVID) got there and the manager Sarah had the same I could care less attitude as the previous manager then out comes a little girl in the back around age 4 or 5!!! They had a first aid kit with a commercial/medical grade severe burn spray. So tonight I called the Papa John's in Paris, TX. The manager Brian answered calmly listened to my panic and immediately went and looked at their kit and told me what they had. He didn't hesitate! He ran and got answers. I live over an hour away and wasn't ordering pizza. Brian was absolutely Amazing and kind and you don't find people like that these days. I ordered pasta online. When I opened it liquid was running over the side. A lot. I called the store the employee said " Mushrooms give off liquid when you cook them." 1/2 a cup? I said I was returning for a refund. No one in site when I got there had to stand and wait for the employee to finally come to the counter and tell me the liquid is the garlic sauce they add. Again, 1/2 a cup?. She finally rudely said I already did your refund and she pointed at the counter. I thanked her and walked out. As I get one foot out the door this employee decides to pop off . I walked straight back to the counter and asked her what she said. She screamed I'm not scared of you. I'm calling the police.... Horrible food, horrible customer service and bad staffing choices this is definitely a Papa John's I will not be...
