ALDI — Local services in Paris

The only cashier at this place who isn't rude and disrespectful no longer works here. They don't speak, not even a hello when you get to the register. Sometimes they act as if they are doing you a favor and not their jobs. I am disabled with stomach issues and an "emergency" hit so I took off quickly to the bathroom. I walked through the coffee section by the registers and the cashier STOPPED ringing someone up to grab hold of a basket then shoved it at me to keep me from passing. Ran over my foot with it! I told her "I have an emergency and have to go to the bathroom" and as I walked through she snootily said "I don't like people going behind me, go around". I was already most of the way through so I kept walking and told her I couldn't walk around, I wouldn't have made it. She humiliated me in front of everyone in that line. This is twice this has happened here in Paris, and in the same week at that! I've had this disease for 10 years and never had anyone treat me this way. What is wrong with the people in customer service in this town? Get it together Aldi. You cannot legally hinder anyone from going to the bathroom and to call someone out who is running to the bathroom in an emergency is DISGRACEFUL. Shame on you..I have been willing to overlook the nastiness for years, but I won't ignore this one. Aldi has either over charged me for an item or charged me double when getting 1 item. This has happened Multiple times. I tell myself to pay attention to what they are ringing up. Sometime I do & sometimes I forget:(. One time when I went back for a refund, a lady of color who, I am assumming is the supervisor, tells me she is stocking. When i tell her that i will wait she says it will be at least 20 mins. I just left. Another time I caught it while I was sacking my groceries. I had gotten some grapes that were on sale & was charged for the ones that were not on sale. I recently got 1 Graham cracker pie crust & charged for 2 . When my huband went back to get a few items I gave him the receipt & told him to just get the pie crust since i had already paid for it. Checker told him she could not do it because they did not have a superviser to approve it! There have other incidences, i just dont remember the details. I tell myself I need to let it go but I can't. I go because I Think I can save me some $. But when I have been CHEATED MULTIPLE times, it's discouraging. I know they don't care if I go & shop with them I am just one customer....

I approached the cashier was speaking to her and she never acknowledged me until I spoke a little louder and she immediately got an attitude. If she would have greeted me from the get go it would have been different . I told her to let me know that hen I got $80 and she rolled her eyes and said you can see it from that end. Then I had trouble with my money and figuring I asked her how much I liked she rolled her eyes and acted like she didn’t know how to do basic math. I go there because they are slightly cheaper but they are always rude. They never greet thier customer and they just sling stuff in a basket.
