In 2022 towards almost the end of the year my daughter decided last min she wanted her sweet 15 we looked everywhere and we came across this store I saw the reviews and I said okay let's go here and see what they offer my daughter found the dress the party wasn't going to be until Aug 2023, we got the package they offered which was 15 cups,pillow for her to Neil in church,Baul de los suenos- Is what people put gift cards or money in it ,album for her photos, artificial bouquet was a total mess she said it would be fix but on the day of her photoshoot the pedals where falling off and the rhinestones as well, when I told her she was pissed that my daughter no longer wanted the bouquet because it still looked the same and nothing was changed in the bouquet the lady was pissed and try forcing us to buy it from her since my daughter used it on her photoshoot I had told her she was going to re-do her photoshoot because the bouquet was a total mess and embarrassing that day and kept falling out. The knife and pala we weren't satisfied with,the last bear the Doll we left my daughter no longer wanted it, the Bible that was never done, the rosario, invitation took 3 weeks to receive so once it was done most of what I wanted on there wasn't printed and last name was spelled wrong so I didn't take it because I wanted to have the name of the church venue since I was having people from California, Oregon, Olympia, Yakima,Moses lake, and so on she was very upset and from there on her behavior was awkward and very uncomfortable going in she acted like she didn't know who was I . Everything was very good At first she greeted us every time we came to her store she also had offered herself to be one of the sponsors for the Cristo de quinceañera that she has on her list which is that she gifts my daughter a Santo she picks and they take it to church to be blessed didn't show up at church on the big day it's her guilt not mind. Overall I was very unsatisfied with everything I lost money and time my daughter only turns 15 once and instead of being memorable it was a lesson taught I could not reverse it since I had given her half of the money and she wouldn't be understanding once we saw the end of the result when we went to pick up the stuff a week before the party everything looked simple like they didn't even try their best to give us what we had asked and paid for, they didn't even put my sweet 15 like they are supposed to be on when you go to place and see them on them. The crown from the bear broke as well the necklace,the knife and pala just had a bow so I took it off the 15 cups where plastic and only 2 were glass.The invitation was wrong design and formatted this is how the items looked when I got them what do you guys think? She complains about her clients now I see it's not them it's her that needs to work on herself and in how to please her customers when she says she can do it and stick...

We came to look around for dresses for my sister 15, the moment the owner started talking to us it was already an unpleasant experience. Honestly horrible customer service, seems like she(the owner) cares more for money than anything! This lady was kinda nice at first then she just became very rude and kept putting her own opinions over what my sister truly wanted, we told her we’re there to see colors, to see the idea of what it all, but not making any complete decisions at the moment and thats when she said that if we weren’t going to pay anything or even have an idea set it would be bad for her business to even help us. LIKE GIRL RUNNING OFF CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR ATTITUDE AND UGLY COMMENTS ABOUT PHYSICAL APPEARANCE ISNT GOOD FOR BUSINESS🤣 but anyways yea i suggest to look at other boutiques with someone that’ll make you and your family feel comfortable and welcome! Trust there is so much better...

Amazing service and hospitality. Shout out to Wendy and Julia. Awesome team and very respectful and attentive. If you want to go to a store and be treated like a customer then go to a chain store but, at Anita’s the service is next level. The environment and energy of the duo there make you feel very welcomed and they answer all your questions. They don’t pressure you to buy anything and they ask all the right questions to make sure you leave satisfied and taken cared of. By the end of our visit we felt like it was our place and we’re on first name basis. Truly a hidden jewel. I’m so happy they were open on Sunday and we got to create a beautiful dress for my kid.
