I am not one to typically leave reviews. However, because fitness is very important to me, I want to acknowledge the great experience I had at Busy Body Gyms To Go in Boca Raton, and the awesome counseling service I received from the Area Sales Manager, Josh Turkenitz. Recent life circumstances have dictated that I need to work out at home, as I no longer have time to get to the gym. I was looking for high end equipment, and the Busy Body store in Boca has an extremely wide selection. So much so, that it was difficult to decide on which cardio machine would be the best fit for my home. Josh made this decision process so much easier. He graciously took the time to go over everything in detail, and answer all of my questions. Most importantly, he showed sincere interest in the goals I was trying to achieve, and asked pertinent questions through out our conversation. The end result was that he was able to suggest the machine that was a perfect fit, and suits my needs!!!! I purchased a Helix Lateral Trainer, and I am already loving it!!!! The gym I belonged to for years never had one, and Josh introduced to me all of its benefits. The exceptional service didn't end there, Josh followed up after delivery to confirm that all went well, and even sent me a hand written thank you note!!!! I purchased an Inspire Functional Trainer from Josh a year ago. I had a great experience working with Josh he was very knowledgeable on the equipment. The guys that delivered and built the equipment were also great. They worked well as a team.

I just had an issue with the leg extension attachment. I called the store and Josh gave me the number for customer service. I called customer service and left a voicemail.

Not even an hour later Derek a service technician called me to inquire about the issue. It was a quick fix and he was in my area. Derek stopped by fixed the issue and showed me how to fix it for future reference. He also looked over my equipment and pointed out things for me to be aware of and watch for.

We purchased a multi-functional gym called M3 Inspire from Josh at Busy Body Gyms To Go. We have had it about 2 months now and could not be happier with our decision. We opted for delivery without assembly. The assembly instructions are very detailed. Not difficult to assemble if you are good with written instructions. However, very time consuming. Our skills level is probably above average and took about 8 hours. No problems, just over 40 pages of parts and instructions. Josh was absolutely fantastic. We do not like high pressure sales people and he was just the opposite. Very informative, polite, and friendly. Answered all our questions. Has followed up with us several times since our purchase just to make sure we are happy with our purchase and have no issues. I would recommend purchasing anything from Josh.
