Fox's of Boca Raton — Local services in Parkland

So this review is LONG overdue but feel it’s super important as I have been a loyal Fox’s customer for almost my entire life (literally) and don’t even want to know the thousands of dollars I’ve spent in your store in Boca. BUT, aside the fact that this is my favorite store…. there is one person in particular working there by the name of RONNIE who has helped me “build my wardrobe” (as she would say) over the years since I was a little girl. Ronnie has truly become way more than my favorite stylist, but she feels more like family at this point. My mom and I come into your Boca location on a regular basis the whole staff easily knows us as we have been regulars for years and for every large, costly, shopping trip made in your store, Ronnie has been there for nearly ever single one of those visits. Hanging out in the fitting room with us running back and forth shleping different gorgeous items for us to try on that not only look good but fit us perfectly!! as she knows my body and what fits me better than I do myself!!!! But seriously!!!! She’s got a talent and knows how to dress someone for sure. She will never lie. She will easily and comfortably tell me if something looks bad or not fitting properly, like a true stylist should.

So , that being said, I just want to say- THANK YOU RONNIE. For all the years of your expertise and your beautiful soul. What an asset you have with Ronnie working in your store. I guarantee you, if there was no Ronnie, Foxs wouldn’t probably be my favorite or go-to store, but because of her honest, genuine talent , we will always return to foxs. Even if it’s just to pop in to say hi quickly to our good old time friend.

To the owner of Foxs ,- Ronnie is literally amazing. She can not be duplicated nor replaced by any employee ever. She truly loves what she does and anyone who knows her or has shopped with her, I’m sure will agree 1000%. Ronnie deserves to be recognized for her efforts and loyalty over the years. Sweet, kind, caring, honest, and almost nearly family to me…

Horrible service!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! Horrible clothes selection!!! ——————————- I’m a brown girl just arrived from Atlanta GA, I called on New Year’s Eve and asked; What time is closing? Lady says 6pm.. I arrived at the store at 5:02 pm , store was opened , I walked in and Lo and behold.. An elderly worker walked up behind and started to tell me, “We are closed and I should either get my clothes to the register now or I would have to leave..I felt degraded, embarrassed, hot 🥵 and flustered..I immediately told her that I had called and the person on the phone told me 6 pm.. at this point she went to the back to call another employee.. Well , she continued to embarrass me even more.. THIS was the WORST Fox’s store I have ever been into... Boca Raton store !!! You guys need training ASAP!! What an Embarrassment!!!!!!!! You need special training from the Roswell...

Shopping at Fox's is an adventure, in the best possible way. Every time I've been in they have different stuff, and it's all unique boutique stuff and designer items. The price point is similar to TJ Maxx/Marshalls, (sometimes cheaper, sometimes more, I feel like) but they don't just have the same old stock/brands you see everywhere. Last time, I bought an awesome Michael Kors suit for 25 cents on the dollar, and got a fun boutique tye-dye top and a leather tote bag as well.
