I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this shop, and I feel completely taken advantage of. My fiancé purchased a beautiful solid paperclip chain necklace for me, and I loved it so much that I recommended the same piece to my mother-in-law. We contacted the shop and specifically requested the same 18" chain, and the staff assured us they could get another one for her.

When my fiancé and mother-in-law went to pick up the necklace, they were handed a completely different piece. It was two inches longer than mine , yet the shop still charged “kindly” the same price—despite the significant difference in size and quality. I wasn’t there to compare at the time, but as soon as I saw the necklace, I immediately knew something was wrong.

First, the chain was hollow, weighing only 16 grams. Given that they charged over $100 per gram, this felt like a blatant rip-off. Second, the cut and shape of the paperclips were nothing like the original piece.

I contacted the shop right away, sending clear pictures as requested. The woman I spoke with told me she was "working on it" and would get back to me. When I followed up later that evening, I was met with an unprofessional response, telling me she wouldn’t be addressing it until Tuesday because she wasn’t the owner and didn’t want to be contacted at night. It wasn’t even 10 p.m. yet, and I felt completely disregarded.

As someone who works in high-ticket sales, I would never treat a customer this way, especially after they’ve spent their hard-earned money. The lack of professionalism and customer care has left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.

At this point, I feel like we were misled and overcharged. We specifically asked for a particular piece, were promised it would be delivered, and instead received something entirely different—and not in a good way. I am hoping the owner will step in and address this issue...

Unfortunately neither Iris nor Eileen have anything to do with this stand and you can see a HUGE difference in the way it's run. Although the effort was made the end game was for final payment there was a "TRY" to rob me of an additional $450... I just wonder how many times that worked for them... Not a way to...
