I've been going here for a few months now they do a great job. And I have this technician his name is Lee stay away from him. He is nasty since the first time I went. He gets very annoyed. If you say something that he doesn't like the way you're asking to do your nails he relies annoyed. I've been letting it go. He's also charged me above the price which she told me the very first time I went and I let it go when I paid the $70. Gel polish. Today I went there to have my fills and the nail polish I had was French. He charged me $65. All I did was question why are you charging me 65 when the last time you charged me 60. He got so mad and loud that even the girl next to me said he is very nasty. Yes he is so I said to him that is not true and it's not nice that every time I come, he has anger issues the way he replies to you or anyone else if he does not like it. He told me I'm crazy in a very arrogant voice. You're just crazy. I couldn't believe what he said. I said do not call me crazy that is not nice if I'm speaking to you Anyway continued with my nails because it's the holiday and I just wanna get the heck out of there, he had paint on my fingernails, a glob underneath the skin on another finger and some of the sides didn't come out well at all, where you can actually see streaking after I pay him the $65. Why this is streaking here does it look right? he says well you upset me so that's what you get. That's exactly what he told me. Seriously will not be back. I cannot believe that he said that the girl next to me almost died and the one that just sat on the chair looked at me like oh my God I can't believe he talk to you like that. So I said if that is it nice so you do my nails crappy because you don't like what I asked you? He said yes it's your fault. They like that as an idiot I am I opened up his drawer, and I stuck the five dollars tip in there. He closed the drawer so fast and hard on my finger . It hurt so bad I yelled ouch and pull my finger out, the girl almost jumped out of the seat she could not believe what she witnessed. He didn't care one bit. I'm in my car and my finger is throbbing on me. Can't believe what just happen no less he did a not do a good job as he usually does and he says it's my fault and this cost me $70 to not only get hurt but the abuse and the verbal abuse he gave me was definitely not worth it. I had to comment on this because I cannot believe what just happened to me and I don't want this happening to anybody else. If you do go here, they do a good job, but do not go to Lee. He has major anger issues. Definitely do not go to this guy Lee. He's definitely has anger issues and I'd like to report it to the owner of the company. Read moreThis was my second time at the salon and I thought I had finally found a place in my new area but I was very wrong and the way the owner handled things when I told her was disheartening.
I came in for a pedicure with my mom, I got Mimi. She just immediately starts doing my pedicure and never asks me what kind I want until the gentlemen doing my mom’s nails finally came over to start on my mom and before he did anything he asked my mom what she wanted which prompted Mimi to ask me more than half way through if I wanted something more. She barely smoothened the bottom of my foot so when it came time for the paraffin everything stayed on the bottom and she really didn’t do much to make sure everything came off so I sat and started scraping it off myself.
Additionally, you can see she did a slop job with my paint job and cuticles. Super disappointing after a $73 pedicure. So when I was checking out, I told the owner I was not happy with my experience and I won’t be tipping and showed her what happened and she said “oh, sorry I’ll talk to her and make her fix it.” WHAT? No! Clearly she didn’t do it right the first time why would she do it right the second?
