Uptown Boca has been such an amazing experience for my wife and I! From the moment that we walked into the leasing office when we were first looking at places to live, we both looked at each other and said that this was the place that we want to live. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful and patient with answering our questions. Michelle helped us fill out our application and was friendly and answered all of our questions. She also took the time before we moved in to complete our orientation and to answer any questions we had prior to move in. When we arrived on move in day, Michelle did the walk through with us and went over all of the important information that we needed to know. Throughout the day, she checked in on us to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Michelle, thank you for your kindness and your patience and for always getting back to us quickly. You have gone above and beyond since day one! Mavis went above and beyond as well with answering all of our questions and concerns prior to move in. We needed to change our lease date, and Mavis was extremely accommodating with that. Thank you Mavis, for your kindness and for your patience and for always getting back to us. When we arrived here, I was having difficulty with my apps Uptown Boca, so I went to technology Tuesday with Steph. Steph answered all of my questions and really took the time to show me how to use the apps and when the apps were not working originally, she did not give up and she worked with me until they were working. Thank you Steph for going above and beyond and for your patience and your kindness. When we came into the apartment there were a few items that needed maintenance. I submitted my request and maintenance was there the very next day to assess the situation and to fix everything. Jarrin and his team did a fantastic job with answering all of my questions and took the time to do the job the right way so we wouldn't have any further issues. Jarin also went above and beyond and took a look at two additional items that needed maintence. Thank you Jarrin for everything! I would highly recommend Uptown Boca to anyone who is looking for a friendly and fun...

I rarely post on social media, but my recent experience leasing an apartment through Catt and Stephanie warrants this exception. Friendly, engaging, professional, and efficient, Catt and Stephanie excel in their respective performance. Catt is cool and sleek and personifies the up tempo luxury lifestyle that is Uptown Boca; Stephanie, too, is stunning, with a focus and personality that combines a CEO's focus with an air traffic controller's ability to multi-task. Remarkably, amid the daily throng of the entitled and self-absorbed, both remain cheerful and confident, showing up and owning their roles relentlessly. So rare...they and their team orchestrated the perfect leasing experience. I trust the developers, capital partners, and leasing managers are aware of how truly exceptional these people are, and how lucky they are to have them as the public faces of the community. This place is very cute. The apartments are nice. The facilities are terrific. It’s a smart property which is also wonderful. Your personal wifi will follow you everywhere. The staff is delightful when dealing with them. Reaching them on phone and email is usually the biggest challenge.

The parent company’s basic staff is a total mess. No one and I mean no one knows anything. The zombie apocalypse is alive and well in the organization. They have no info or the wrong info on the property including it’s location

Oh.. and the name.. sigh. If it were just a plaza it would be one thing. It’s housing as well… growing up in Boca, I always said I lived there, I didn’t claim it. Living in a place called Uptown Boca oozes a bougie snobbiness that is just so unnecessary… unless it was completely intentional by the owners…...
