I'm absolutely hooked on Carmella Coffee Company! This adorable coffee shop is a game-changer for all coffee lovers and foodies alike. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the modern-chic decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. But it's the incredible coffee and mouth-watering menu items that have me coming back for more.

The coffee at Carmella is truly exceptional. I've tried several of their signature drinks, and each one has been expertly crafted with high-quality beans and a clear passion for the art of coffee-making. The Chai Tea is a must-try after a warm Vanilla Latte – it's sweet, spicy, and utterly addictive.

Hmm, where do I start? I’ve been coming to Carmela’s for the last year or so & I always had a GREAT experience, great customer service, as well as great food, not to mention I’ve recommended Carmela’s to many family & friends. But today, unfortunately it was the complete opposite. Wishing I got the girls name that took my order because she doesn’t need to be in the front of house if she cannot treat customers the equally. She was rude, ignored my presence for 5 minutes, while she gave other customers her attention immediately after helping one after the other, I asked her for help on how to update my phone number & her response was “I don’t know, I think you do it through the app, we have nothing to do with that”, she provided no further information & her tone of voice was very unwelcoming. I noticed that she called everyone’s name when their order was ready but when my order was ready she said nothing & when I said “thank you”, she gave no response. On top of the horrible customer service experience, the Prosciutto Swiss croissant was not fresh, the croissant was stale & tasted old. Overall 2/10. I hope for a better experience next time, if I ever decide to come back. As someone who has been a regular at Carmela Coffee Company's Parkland location for years, I was excited to visit their newly opened location in uptown boca. Overall, I was happy with the service and food quality at the Boca location. However, I was a little disappointed to see that they had changed the shape of their flatbreads from long rectangles like a traditional flat bread to a smaller circular pizza shape, which felt much smaller. Despite this, I found the different avocado toasts on offer to be consistent, and the drinks were definitely of high quality.

One thing I appreciated about the Boca Raton location was its perfect placement and upscale vibe. The location fit in seamlessly with the surrounding area, and the ambiance made for an enjoyable experience.
