Let's start with the photo that shows my mail in my DRIVEWAY. The last time I checked I have a mailbox that holds mail. Leaving my mail in the driveway on a windy day is at best--- IDIOTIC. Furthermore, leaving it on top of the package that doesn't fit in the mailbox would be okay IF the mailman would walk five extra feet, and put it in the carport on the sidewalk. But leaving it IN FRONT of my garage CAR door where I can't see it when I back out of my garage---is absolutely beyond my comprehension. And let me mention that this happens EVERY time the postal service is forced to deliver a package to my house.

Employees park in the prime parking spaces all day - leaving customers walking across the parking lot. When it was explained in person years ago that elderly were having to precariously walk from the other side of the parking lot, the clerk was indifferent to their welfare. That's when only 2 cars were taking up spaces, now the employees are taking 50% of the spaces. There are spaces the employees can tie up on the other side of the parking lot and also a vacant building with more spaces. Maybe it's reflective of today's privileged society??

No one ever answers the phone. I have asked that packages NOT be left at the mailbox because it is far and out of view of the house. Today a cardboard box was left in soaking wet weeds in the rain. Do you really need to throw my packages in the ditch? I walk with a cane and getting heavy boxes out of ditches isn’t easy.

Our group of townhomes has not had mail delivered for 3 months. We have a bank of mailboxes that we had to pay $450 for when we moved in to have it installed. The bank of mail boxes were installed and keys were issued back in June. I can understand a couple of weeks of updating the route, installing the locks, etc. but 3 months is excessive. Excuses from the Parkville Post Office keep changing; placing blame on either the builder, the locksmith or that they did not even realize there was a problem. My phone calls are never returned. Every time I go to pick up my mail, I ask when we can expect to receive deliveries and get a b.s. answer. I ask to have Eva call me; she did call me once and blamed the builder. We do not receive packages even though the the delivery driver delivers literally a half block away. I get a message that our package is undeliverable. I split my work from home and office. When I am home, I have to plan a 45 minute trip to pick up my mail with construction on 9 Hwy and standing in line. It is not possible to pick up the mail when I work at the office in Overland Park. I need to leave at 7:30 am and do not return until 5:30 pm. I despise spending my Saturdays driving there and standing in line just to...

This has literally been THE WORST post office ive ever encountered in the state of Missouri. They are rude, have terrible customer service, and need and attitude adjustment! They have damaged 2 of my packages in the last 3 almost 4 years that I have been living in the area and even though complaints were filed with pictures, nothing was done and they refused to replace them. They delivered my $100 headphones to a wrong address and then claimed they tried to literally ask the person for it back and they never heard from them (that never happened). If it had not been for Amazon I wouldn't have recieved them. When you go to them to file a complaint, nothing is done about it either and they are rude when speaking to you about it and act like it's not their problem. If I coukd give 0 stars I would. I've never had such terrible experiences with a post office as I have with them. I'm just glad I didn't/couldnt get my passport done there because they probably would have screwed that up too! If you can avoid them do it and go to platte city! For those like me who can't, I feel sorry for the experiences you are about to...

Update: I made a visit to this Post Office and the manager was super nice and understanding. However, it seems as though our mail delivery has gotten slower. We even added our last name inside the little pocket in the mailbox to notify the postal carrier, to our surprise it was removed. It’s frustrating knowing we have done everything we could to ensure we are getting our mail, nevertheless we still haven’t received any mail in the past week.

Today we literally watched the postal worker drive right past our building. We just moved to Parkville. We live in The Flats within the Thrive at Creekside Community and now we know why we have not gotten any mail in the past 3 weeks after putting in a change of address online and at the Post office on 4/27 (over 6 weeks ago). It is wrong and unethical to mismanage and avoid to deliver a residents mail. A complaint should be filed with the Postmaster General because this is albeit ridiculous and nothing is being done about it!! We believe our mail is being delivered to the wrong address and we have not been notified. We have never experienced such horrible service from a...
