Very limited parking spots, maybe a total of 8-10 spots with 1 of those being a handicap spot & 2 being mobile order pick up. The parking lot is extremely small so when the drive thru line is long (which is common cuz of how slow this location is) it is difficult, if not, next to impossible to get out of the parking spot. If you change your mind while in the drive thru because of the length of time it's taking, you will be stuck. Other fast food restaurants similar have the parking lot that goes all around the building wide enough to have the drive thru lane and then a lane to go around & exit. Not this place. I literally spent an hour & 25 mins one evening in the drive thru. My husband works 3rd shift. He wanted Taco Bell for his lunch that evening. I arrived here at around 747pm. Side note - had experienced during 2 previous visits of trying to go in & getting order being an even longer of a wait then the drive thru because they focus on drive thru getting done first. The line was not long long for the drive thru, but I guessed an estimated wait time of about 30 mins or less to get thru it (which shouldn't be acceptable but I've come to the conclusion that this is how it is for all Taco Bell locations and my family (besides me) loves Taco Bell). By the time I finally got up to the speaker to order (with only 4 to 5 cars in front of me starting at the speaker where I could see from), it had already been a 40 min wait. I was already stuck as I stated above about the parking lot. Upon getting to the speaker to place an order there's a hand written note on it that states their headphones are not working & orders will have to be placed at the window. I then texted my husband that he's gonna have to leave early to stop somewhere else & get his lunch or come up to this location & I can do a mobile order on the app & then he could run inside to pick it up & then head onto work from there. I would then just have to sit there & wait out the line to be able to exit & be on my way. He came up there. He then went inside & told them he was picking up a mobile order. They asked for the name he told them. This was a whole process which caused him to have to call me. Got it straightened out. He then had to STILL wait inside for around 30 mins to receive the mobile order we had placed. My husband & I are not very tech savvy. We don't usually do online ordering or place food mobile orders, not even door dash & such. So, after realizing that placing the mobile order & going in to pick it up wasn't going to be much quicker so my husband could get going to work (which he ended up being late to work that night because of this mess!), we didn't know how to cancel it and get our money back that was already paid out so he could then just go somewhere else & grab a lunch. My husband did ask if they could just cancel the order & refund is the money & they told him they couldn't do that in their end since it was a mobile order. They left out that out was possible though if done on the app. Which I found out once I finally got up to the window & said something to the mgr. We were literally stuck! Had we known prior to me entering the drive thru, we/I could have been able to make an informed decision to go somewhere else. Due to the lack of communication on Taco bells behalf we suffered AND all for just a work lunch!! This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this location (along with other locations), but this was probably the worst so far. If it wasn't for the fact of my family loving Taco Bell, I would NEVER go here or any other location myself again! It's really...
Read moreBug in drink 2x and ground meat in vegetarian meal
Twice this year (2023), co-workers and I have visited this location during lunch and both times ended up having bugs in our food or drink. Today we contacted this location concerning the problem of having a large bug in our drink and having ground beef in a vegetarian meal we had ordered. We requested to speak to a manager and from there we were only offered a refund on our food however, I wanted to speak to the store manager & owner of the establishment as having large bugs in food twice within such a short time frame is pretty unacceptable. From there, I asked the GM if I could get a corporate phone number. To which she said there is no corporate phone number because they are a "franchise". So I asked to speak with the owner of the establishment. She denied saying she can not give out that information. So I asked for a contact number or email of the store owner. To which I was told I can not obtain that and she is not allowed to give it out. So I asked for just the first name of the owner or manager above her to which was told, again, she is not allowed to give me that information. I find it hard that a franchise has nobody to contact outside of a GM for big matters such as health of food being served to customers. I was not pleased with the service and her not having any information above telling me I can fill out a customer complaint card and have a customer service rep call me.
I am now contacting TacoBell Corporation as well as the Board of Health to check into this location.
There is no reason a bug should be in food twice visiting an establishment as well as no contact information at all above a GM for big matters such as health of establishment.
(Will upload supporting pictures this afternoon)
Update: Just spoke with Corporate office (the one the GM said they didn't have). Corporate office said it is against policy for a store to not provide the corporate phone number upon request. District manager will be...
Read moreOrdered taco and burrito cravings pack and some pintos and cheese. Pretty simplistic order. This was around 8:20 PM. The tacos were fine, but the burritos and the pintos and cheese were disgusting. They served us old beans that had a gravel like texture. Ended up paying 14 dollars for 4 tacos because I had to throw the other stuff out. If you go to this location you better go during the day. It seems the people on the night shift just don't care and don't mind serving people old food that could potentially get their customers sick.
Edit:
After contacting corporate they actually had the manager reach out to me and apologize. She straight up offered to rectify the situation. I do appreciate that much and she told me to just mention my name to the cashier and they would put my order on the house. Of course I didn't do that because I feared they may have done something to the food...but still I gotta give them credit for the effort. The manager also said she was having a hard time with employees and is trying to clean house. So I feel bad for her. Give that woman some good help. Pretty sure its just the night shift full of kids and goofing off. I was young once I remember but yeah I also did my job correctly and professionally when I was...
