Ok, I used to love this place. Then they opened one near my house in Parma and I was thrilled. I ordered last night online at 831pm. It said order would be ready at 837pm. I went in at 840ish. They asked my name and found my order slip, then told me they were going to refund me my money because they didn’t want to do any more orders. I told the person my order was accepted, I drove here, now I want my food. They took me to the front to speak with a manager and he said the same. I told him no, I’m not leaving without my food after I just drove there to pick it up. He told me ok, it’ll be about 30 more min. I then told him no, I’m not waiting 30 more min when my order said 837pm. That’s bs. Another man next to him ripped my order slip from his hand, slammed it on the counter, and made my food in about 5 min. Then they treated me like I was a complete inconvenience to them. Why accept the order and then tell me your not making it. I wish people would boycott this new location so it would close. Teach them...

She proceeded to tell me thats not what I ordered (I still haven't paid) I then told her (slowly and loudly this time cuz Vivian isn't coming off as too bright) "well i want the large chicken California as a large meal" again she told me thats not what i ordered. Thats when I told her AGAIN thats what I want. Which is when she offered to fix it. I still didn't get my large drink but I got a drink i didn't feel like explaining further that I wanted a large drink instead i took my regular drink and went to sheets across the street and got something to drink. Read morePoor customer service from everyone across the counter. Delivery drivers are CLEARLY left on their own to get the orders right. Don't worry though, if they forget something Carley's will call you to ask "if you want to still pick it up". They'll keep your original food waiting too. They offered me my forgotten bag that had been sitting in the temperature danger zone for 40 minutes. Mmmmmm food born illness. If you don't like improperly held food though, be prepared to haggle over your refund. They'll try and convince you it's your mistake, with an under-your-breath comment or two in Spanish.
