The purchase process was easy because they had a display in the show room and all of my questions were addressed. They were flexible with my schedule for delivery. Although he did not arrive at the time of expected delivery, that often occurs with furniture delivery anyway. He did text me when he was about 30mins away from my home, which was very considerate and I appreciated it. The total process took about 2 hours, including his arrival, set up, assembly, demonstration of how it works, addressing my questions regarding it's placement and clean up. Cesar, the deliverer was very friendly, patient, polite and professional. He followed all of the contact precautions we are expected to during the pandemic and it made me feel comfortable and that he respected me and my home. I just woke up from sleeping on it for the very first time and I love it! I live in a studio apt and before I had a sleeper sofa. My sleeper sofa only had a thin 2inch mattress and railing for support. I only lasted on that for 8 months. The sofa on this item is surprisingly comfy, and the only critique I have for it is I wish the sofa was a little longer for comfort. But it's not a big deal. Love my new dual murphy...

I purchased a lovely wallbed and matching cabinets with desk from Wallbeds N More Pasadena. It is a dream room come true for me. I have never had anything so nice. It works well and looks beautiful. I am not going to lie it is a little pricey but it was well worth it and if you want something nice and long lasting you have to pay a little more. This company, from the sales person Chris Miyata, who know what she is doing. Not by over selling but selling a product she knows. Chris is very personable and answered all my questions. Up the ladder to Stephanie the owner who designs and runs the builds and installations takes time to talk to me on the phone. I love the design she came up with for me. I am impressed by her #1 man Caesar and his helper who were so professional came on time installed the furniture so neat and tidy who I can call any time for anything that may go wrong or when I need some advice about my new furniture. In January 2023, I visited Wallbeds "n" More for an appointment (the store is open by appointment only) to look and get specific pricing. On that visit I was asked to fill out some paperwork that would be filed if I decided to purchase. I was specifically told that 1. no hard inquiry would be done and 2. no line of credit opened, if I did not choose to purchase. In May I received notification via mail that not only had a hard inquiry been done, but that a line of credit was opened in my name. I received the credit card. I was very upset and reached out to the company to see why this happened. I was brushed off and told I could "just cancel it". Hard inquiries, opening credit, and closing credit all have a detrimental impact on credit scores. Their lack of concern over the lies and sketchy practice of opening this line of credit despite telling me this would not happen was really surprising, and I would like to see some resolution to this that doesn't involve me having to cancel things on my own.
