McCoy's Building Supply — Local services in Pasadena

We had to come to the pasadena location since the baytown location was short on material we needed. Rick the assistant manager was the most impatient employee I've encountered at any McCoy's location. He was defensive when we asked about what we needed to order and was all around upset since he told us multiple times that he would not measure the cuts we needed and that if we wanted a specific cut we needed to measure ourselves yet after he saw our account he completed the transaction and left without us to measure. The co-worker's there are way to busy talking to each other than actually help customers. Never been there before and they never said," hello, or asked if we needed help? " most unfriendly place. Fisher's Hardware is amazing place and very friendly. Wish they had treated wood. McCoy's yall need to step up y'alls game. Y'all should have great customers service and not just look at the customers while we are trying to find where everything is. Horrible unfriendly people that work that. I hardly write reviews.. This place deserves 10 stars!!! The staff are always happy and are so friendly!!! The guys outside even though they're working in the heat go above and beyond to load your orders. We can tell they have a great management and it shows!!! They have bilingual staff 😊 Good prices and are always well stocked! We are so happy to be able to purchase from a place that has awesome...
