My husband and I are building our first home and we worked with Anna Fifer for our Kitchen appliances. We wanted a little better than builder grade appliances for our growing family. We went with the GE profile fridge, GE laundry washer/dryer, and GE microwave. We also went with the Zline 36” Brass Range and Zephyr Hood 36” 850 CFM. We lastly went with a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher with planned heavy use, and Fridgaire Beverage/Wine Fridge for our island/bar area. Anna was very kind in walking through all the available brands but respected our budget on what we were aiming for our over all family goals. She also emailed and printed out all the specs for our contractor. I highly recommend working with her! She can even connect with you over the phone or email.

Laura Gerber was very knowledgeable in all the plumbing products! We decided on all Toto brand toilets and Pacific Sales had incredible competitive pricing for 4th of July! We also wanted a large 36” farmhouse sink and she was able to walk us through a couple of choices and explained the difference between cast iron and iron clay. I needed a very specific difficult to find size fridge. After searching on line and calling a few large chain businesses and coming up empty I called Pacific Sales and by chance met Mike Meyer who knew within minutes the exact fridge that i needed. His expertise & knowledge saved me a lot of time. He was also quite honest about the reliability of various brands which I really appreciated.

While Mike was busy his co worker Ricardo Garcia helped me with after sales issues. A complicated issue arose and Ricardo quickly resolved the issue.

Because of my positive experience with the new fridge I decided to go back to PS when my washing machine and dryer went down. Again I reached out to Mike who found the exact washer/dryer set that would fit into a very tight space. They were originally going to be delivered on different days but Mike stayed on top of my order and reached out to me to ask if I preferred that they be delivered on the same date (dryer came in earlier than expected). He really didn't have to do that but he went the extra mile.
