Easy Pickins — Local services in Passaic

I had the worse experience at this location. I barely write reviews but if i can save a female from shopping here and avoid the experience i just had, i'm going too do just that. I bought a pair of high heel boots with my size being the only one left in stock. They looked liked they have been woren already or had been tossed around. I wasn't crazy about getting them but it was a last minute situation for me and i needed shoes fast. When i spoke to the women up front i asked if i could get a discount on them. She simply didnt even answered my question but basically gave me excuses on how we can get them cleaned up. I said okay. She started grabbing tape and using her hands to dust them off and saying they look good now. I didnt have time so i just asked what was the return policies and bought them and left. I didnt end up wearing them at all leaving me to return them. When i went to go return the shoes the same lady was up front. She tells me the shoes look like they been worn and Dusty. I replied you sold them to me in that condition a few hours ago. She started yelling at the top of her lungs, no i didnt i cleaned them up for you. I asked for my options then. She replied by saying u can take your shoes back that u bought with very nasty attitude still talking about i wouldnt sell shoes that looked worn she mentioned because you did not just try to dust off the shoes and rub down the shoes before selling them to me. Which in my head makes alot of sense. (Not) at this point im asking for the manager and she's saying she is the manger and then taking back that comment by saying my manager isnt here. So these girls were clearly unprofessional and disrespectful i honestly felt almost bullied in a sense from the screaming and hands waving in my face. All because i wanted to return shoes and asked what were my options. Not once did i raise my voice until she placed a finger in my face. You dont treat customers that way. I was a very unhappy customer i asked for her mangers number. I was given a fake number and name. I never had an experience like this ever. The workers and there clothes where rude and disgusting. Worst womans clothing store ever!!!! Shut this place down. Smells like mold!!! Water dripping everywhere and the rug flooring is soaking wet. Definitely not a safe environment for customers...
