Took my name necklace to get repaired. Said it’d be ready before I leave on the weekend and it was not. Odd for a simple fix but okay. Sister goes to pick it up after 3 weeks and she tells me the chain feels lighter and shorter than before. Lovely. Went to visit again and get my chain..it breaks around my neck while distractedly running my name plate on the chain like I’ve always done since my father got it for me when I was 7. I knew it was shorter too because I would put it over my nose and play with the little star attached to the plate and I couldn’t even do that anymore as I’ve always done before bringing it in. The worst part is that now my star is bent as if to tighten the diamond within when they had no reason to touch it. I deeply regret coming here as they more than likely robbed me. This was the same place my father went to get his 3 daughters necklaces yearssss ago and the people who run it now did nothing but argue with me and gaslight me (and my sister). Don’t waste...

Took my ring to get repaired and when I asked how long it would take they said it would be ready by that weekend which would have been in 5 days. Called to see if it was ready for pick up and they told me it should be ready by Friday. It’s been now 2 weeks and it’s still not ready. This is ridiculous if they were honest in the beginning and said it’s going to take about 2 weeks or longer I would have never left my ring with them. NEVER giving them my money again and I will share this experience with family...

If you don’t wanna get robbed, this is the place. I went to three other stores on Main Avenue. They all offered me 800 for the same thing , but rays offered me $1670 so this is your store. May god bless him for not taking advantage of peoples...
