I. had an extremely disappointing experience at Bilal Jewelry on Main Street in Paterson, NJ, and I feel it’s important to warn others before they make the same mistake. The jewelry here is grossly overpriced. After purchasing, I took the item elsewhere and was told that it wasn’t worth anywhere near what I paid. That was my first red flag. I started doing more research and found others who had similar experiences. Based on what I’ve seen and experienced firsthand, I believe this business is intentionally misleading customers. The owner comes off as friendly at first, but once the sale is made, his attitude completely changes. He’s manipulative, pushy, and avoids any accountability once money has changed hands. When I tried to raise concerns about the pricing and authenticity, he became defensive and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue. I honestly felt scammed and taken advantage of. The customer service was terrible, and there was no professionalism or integrity in how he handled the situation. If you’re thinking about buying jewelry here — don’t.
