Peking Garden — Restaurant in Paterson

Terrible tasting food, and even worse service and manners.

I ordered the food on their website for delivery, shortly after ordering i noticed i put the wrong house number from a typo. So i called just to fix the house number (literally the same street) first she tells me the delivery driver is already almost there and i specified its just the house number... she got snappy and said OK OK GIVE ME THE NEW ADDRESS, i give it to her and she goes oh we cant deliver there - meanwhile the guy is apparently already "almost here" as she just told me - so I said that to her and she goes ok ok its updated then... I Say thanks so much please just let the driver know so theres no issues (in a very nice tone) she goes YUP, says a few curse words towards me and hangs up (im assuming she thinks i didnt hear them) so whatever - the delivery guy arrives, hands me my food and goes "NO TIP?" i said nope, the girl on the phone wanted to curse at me so maybe take that up with her - She ruined your chances of getting one - And he then continued to curse towards me as well (meanwhile this guy is wearing full designer clothing and doesnt appear to need a tip)

besides that i was hoping the food would at least be DECENT, boy was I wrong....

The pork fried rice tasted like its been sitting for days on end. The chicken in the chicken lo mein was like... crunchy? yet its grilled chicken so very odd The sauce that the chicken and broccoli was sitting in had an odd spicy tang to it and just didnt taste right

/ Im already working on disputing these charges with my bank as well, so hope they enjoy the dispute fee they'll have to fight

Don't buy from this place they give me the wrong order and I went to go show them the food they give me and the lady in the front had a attitude and very disrespectful to me I was trying to explain to her that they give me the wrong food she started yelling at me and saying that we didn't order from her restaurant I told her I pay the delivery driver 40 dollars and she was saying no so I basically lost 40 dollars won't ever order from them worst...

Do not order online you will never get your food and when you call to ask where the delivery guy is at they will tell you he left 10 minutes ago and the driver never left and they will tell you to go outside and wait for him and he not there. when you call back they are very rude and will hang up the phone on you. i will never eat there again. Customer service is very important to me and they have none. the food is not...
