Gyro King may not be the most glamorous or upscale restaurant, but it more than makes up for that with its consistently delicious food. Don't be fooled by the modest exterior and simple decor; this unassuming eatery has mastered the art of serving satisfying and tasty gyros and other Mediterranean dishes.

One of my all-time favorites is their falafel platter. The falafels are always perfectly crispy on the outside while maintaining a tender and flavorful interior. The accompanying sides, including hummus, tabbouleh, and warm pita bread, complete the platter, making it a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you have a pleasant experience every time you visit. The prices are reasonable, making it an ideal spot for a quick and tasty meal without breaking the bank.

Was traveling to North Jersey during the night at around 1:30 p.m. this place was open so I figured why not try this out. And it was a great mistake. The guy was casually sitting and watching a movie and when I went in and ordered my food he went into the kitchen and started making it I saw him put his finger in his nose and I really wanted to walk out of the store but I asked him to wash his hands politely and when he was done with the food he packed everything together and he gave it to me and when I came to the house the food was so bad tasting I mean it's not bad in a way that it's rotten or something anything like that but it's not tasty it's poorly made the chicken tikka was hard and dry like overcooked the chicken breast the goat chops were also overcooked like almost burnt they should be made in thunder anyway not on a grill. The shish kebabs where heated in the oven and served. This led to them being chewy and rubbery. The rice was not great either it was lacking flavor and the quantity was too low for the price they are charging. Their white sauce has minty notes as if they added peppermint. Not sure how their other items are...

Update 10/15: The chubby new guy was very unprofessional and could've caused a real problem. The employee made a scene while I was there with my lady over an easily resolvable issue. Instead of advising me of an issue the employee waited until a pair of cops came in to grab their lunch. The employee started yelling and complaining.I did not appreciate his behavior. The officers knew I was not doing anything wrong and let me stay and enjoy my meal however me and my lady could not enjoy our meal, we thru it out. I am a regular customer who recommended and brought multiple people to this restuarant and his behavior should not be accepted. Im speak to the owner to resolve this issue.
