KFC — Restaurant in Payson

Im not one to leave reviews, however, my husband came home very upset with not only how unprofessional the work place was but also with the complete disrespect he was given. He went inside the building only for the lady working to rudely tell him he needed to go through the drive thru and that she will not take his order in the lobby, thats fine, but how she spoke to him was not okay. there was no sign saying he couldnt go through their lobby and order and the doors were also unlocked and there was a doordasher in the building as well. My husband goes through their drive thru and when he was asking for mac n cheese for my son she rudely comments “ we have none and i ain't making anymore tonight” which thats okay if they didnt have any. But her tone and attitude and choice of words were so unprofessional that my husband felt so uncomfortable that he hurried with the order which resulted in not getting everything we wanted to eat. All because she was making him feel less than her. And when he came home and told me what happened i could see how upset he was and he rarely gets bothered by people he doesn't know. So now im upset and am writing this review instead of going and embarrassing her at work the same way she embarrassed my husband….. Mind you she was also not in uniform. She was dressed as if she wasnt even a worker. It most definitely wasnt a good look for that establishment.

Almost everything on the menu is good. The chicken is good, but I remember the good old days when they used growth hormones and the drumsticks were as big as a turkey leg. I tell my teenagers they'll never grow as tall as me because their not getting those growth hormones from the colonel.

Their coleslaw is so good that I thought I liked coleslaw until I tried other coleslaw and realized I don't like coleslaw, I like KFC's coleslaw.

Sometimes I go there just for there sweet lightning (pineapple) Mountain Dew.

Their fries might be the best around. Them with their secret ingredients.

But what happened with the biscuit? Those biscuits are the driest things on the planet, I swear they could use them to soak up mud puddles, maybe they put out in the meal in case the gravity spells so it can absorb out. And it's not like it's a side order where you can swap it out for something else. And yet almost everytime I think "it's not that bad, I'll just try it." I try out and I'm always n...

Food wasn't bad, however it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The cashier was an older gentleman. Very gruff and impatient. There was nobody else behind us and we hadn't been to KFC for a long time. We were looking over the menu and asking questions. He sounded annoyed with every question and didn't give us back detailed answers or suggestions. When he asked what kind of dipping sauce I would like and I stepped over to see the options, he sighed and said I'll just give you barbeque! He roughly handed the change back to me after we had ordered, and waved the cup in the air with no eye contact until I grabbed it. Never thanked us and couldn't get my name right after telling him it 3 times. Finally he took off his headset. And said I CANT HEAR YOU. I have worked in the food industry for 2 years as a manager and I was cringing. I have never left a bad review because I know we all have bad days and bad moments. But this was...
