Freedom Vapors — Local services in Payson

Been loyal to this shop for quite some time. I’ve always felt the customer service was lacking but today was just gross. Of course I’m used to the employees rudely saying “ID”. And never being properly greeted. I’ve accepted that. However, I was showing the employee a photo of my vape I had charging at home. I was trying to get a replacement part for it, and the employee wasn’t sure what I was asking for. My friend in my passenger seat (who knows much more about mods than I do) simply stated what the vape model was and said something descriptive to help the employee find the item. The employee then barked at me “IF SHE IS ASKING QUESTIONS I NEED HER ID”. I was shocked at her demeanor because my passenger literally didn’t ask A THING. I replied with “she didn’t ask a question?”. Then a condescending smile was given to me as the employee rudely said “BUT SHE DID.” I didn’t appreciate being called a liar. I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service and the disgusting tone that I was given. That should’ve been handled completely different and with much more professionalism and tact. Super disappointed by this experience and I wish the employees were properly trained to handle customers. I’ve never been treated like that when...

I just went to Freedom Vapors in Payson today. I believe the guy working was named Jesse, he was beyond amazing! I haven't had service like what he gave me today in, I don't know how long! (#serviceisn'tdead) I was four months shy of having the same mod (x-priv) for 2 years, I've been particularly fond of it. I've been to at least 3-4 shops to replace it and Freedom Vapors was the place to go! He hooked me up with the T-storm mod, although he was also willing to fix my xpriv! Hey all these guys are amazing they are extremely knowledgeable within the vape realm , they can take any flavor pallet you have and find a perfect juice for you , not only that they are always doing deals .
