Me, my mom, my sister, and our girls (7 in all) did the valentines special. We had multiple services, and they were amazing. My mom, sister, and I did the chocolate facials by Emily it was so relaxing. We also had deep conditioning blowouts by Delannie. She took her time, making sure our hair had volume and was perfectly shiny. The hair washing was to die for. The oldest child decided to have her hair washed and styled by Marlee, who went above and beyond with her service curling her thick, long hair. She walked out floating on cloud 9, feeling her best self. Being 20, she also chose to get a small tattoo by Chritine, which she loves and shows off as much as possible. The two youngest enjoyed mini manicures and pedicures with Valerie and Hannah. They loved getting jell polish and sitting in the relaxing chairs. As you can imagine, all this took some time, and Shannon was so kind to keep her shop open late, allowing us to take over her shop and offer so many services in one place. We will definitely be back. Came here January 21, 2016. Had a pedicure and a facial. I was visiting my mom and we decided to treat ourselves. This was NO treat, but a waste of money. The pedicure was disappointing, the massage was wimpy and short; the seating uncomfortable. My polish was chipping the following week... The facial was horrible, I/we should have asked for our money back or made a complaint. The facial products used are run of the mill off of the shelf. The steam machine is wimpy and barely does anything. The table was uncomfortable and there was nothing soothing about the touch of the person who roughly performed the fascial... My face itched the rest of the day and when I finally got home I found out why- there was still mask product on my face!!... I will never ever go to From Head to Toe Essentials in...

I seriously love this place. I live in Phoenix but went up there to visit family, got a massage which was incredible, I would definitely go up there again. Also got a facial which was relaxing and smells so good. Picked up a couple items in their shop out front also grabbed some tea that tasted perfect. I would recommend this to anybody that just wants a spa day or is up there for a weekend and you want to get a massage definitely try this place out. And the prices are more than reasonable they...
