6:27 pm This is the worst Subway I have ever been to! Every time we order, either the order is made incorrectly or they are out of something.
I’m currently driving 10 minutes back to the store bc my order is once again wrong. I order through the app so there are literally written instructions.
I order the same thing each time: tuna toasted with spinach, pickles and cheese. Never mind the fact that employees are trained to apply tuna like a condiment where it’s basically just bread. Today, I open my sandwich and it’s overly toasted bread with cold tuna. Cool, I can warm it up, but why is there mustard, Mayo, bell peppers, onions and God knows what else on the sandwich???
Ok. I call to let them know I’m on my way and no one ever answers the phone. I called 4 times!
6:41 - I’m finally here. No one greets customers. I’ve been standing at the register for 2 minutes and no one helps. There is a long line of people with one employee working. Let’s see how long I have to wait for a refund.
6:43 Employee finally comes to the register and never acknowledges me. She begins ringing up the next customer. A hello or I will be right with you will suffice.
6:45 Spoke with Jessica. She cannot offer a refund bc I ordered through the app. I would have to come back tomorrow. Jessica is polite. I do not fault her, but where is her help?? Meanwhile, other customers are moaning and complaining bc they’ve been waiting so long.
I will not be coming back tomorrow or ever for a refund bc it’s not worth my time or peace.
If you don’t care to hire and train enough quality employees, just close already. Let a business who cares...

Dropped off one sandwich at my husbands work and went on with my day. When I noticed that my sandwich was without cheese/half of the toppings missing and had the wrong protein I decided to go back…. So I drive back to the restaurant to resolve the issue. My husband send me pics of his sandwich to proof that his sandwich was wrong too. No cheese, no pickles. She told me I can cancel my order on the app to get my money back or call customer service. Told her I can’t cancel the order if it’s already completed nor is there a number from customer service. She said if I can’t do that then that’s not her fault and not her problem. I was like “excuse me, it’s my fault that you made the complete wrong order?” I asked her if she could remake the sandwiches if I can’t get a refund but she told me that she can’t do that since I don’t physically have the sandwich that I dropped off at my husbands work. I told her that I’m not driving back to my husbands work (40min round trip) to pick up the rest of the sandwich that he hasn’t eaten just to bring it back here so they can throw it away and make a new one. Read moreI agree with Raku. (Refer to previous post) I've been working in the area for over 3 yrs now and I've frequented this particular location for food. This last time, I walked in, I saw a long line and the manager sitting at one of the tables with what looked to be like her grandson. She was babysitting on the job while her two young employees were scrambling behind the counter. They seemed to be fairly new employees by the way they moved about. The manager kept looking back and calling one employee to come to her to give her advice. I then heard her mention to the young girl that she noticed me looking in her direction. I was trying to understand what her role was since it was chaotic. She finally got up and walked behind the counter and when an employee of the Wingstop next door came to give her change, she began telling her how awful these employees were. I understand Spanish. Did she think that if she spoke a foreign language, the patrons wouldn't understand? I left disgusted with her so much so that I left without my sandwich which was prepared wrong.
