The place is super sorry. They hire all of the young unmotivated individuals that are not trained properly to deal with customer. I have come to this location several times and I have had my order messed up a few times I had dismissed those but today 1.09.21 I ordered a thin crust pepperoni with 2 orders of wings and bread stick with marinara sauce. Well got a hot n ready pizza even though the ticket on the box states thin crust and no marinara sauce. Needless to say I call to let them know that they put the wrong pizza in the box and that they need to start paying attention to the orders and make sure it is what the customer order before they put it in the pickup box. So the score they got is 1 star to much it's all zero's and whoever the guy with the pumpkin head during the order taking they have working there needs to be fired period because it is just sorry. Whoever own's this Lil Cesar you need to start paying attention to who you hire to run and represent your busy. I have look at all of your reviews and pretty much everyone is experience the same thing poor customer service and unprofessional workers who quick to get attitude when they are address about a mistake made. Instead the pumpkin head order taker telling me we real busy and that they have a lot of order's well I told him that this is the business you are in and it still does not excuse you from doing your job and that is getting the customer's order right. Read moreI ordered online at 6:31pm and waited until my order was promised (6:51-6:56pm), walked in, and basically had to start all over again! Twelve people were standing inside and no employees were at the counter assisting customers. The Pick-up-Portal was not in usage whatsoever! When I was waited on, I gave my order number and was told it would be a little bit. While I continued to wait in the lobby, three orders picked up were wrong, no one (including a manager) stepped out to remedy the situation and streamline service. As I observed the continuing lack of concern for customers I became extremely frustrated and considered leaving the establishment altogether. I called the corporate customer service line, however, they were closed. At 7:22pm my name was called. From time of order 6:31pm, to time of actual pick up-7:21pm was 50 minutes.
I will NOT order from this location any longer!! I'd advise anyone expecting a quick trip to pick up a pizza or food at this location go to another Little Ceasars where they will receive decent customer service and less time waiting for their promised order. I will be contacting customer service again when they open and share an update. My wish is for management to review their standards and offer proper customer service. Thank you...

Review: I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received at your Pearland location on Shadow Creek Parkway. I visited on July 2nd around 8 PM, and Mrs. Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure every customer had a great experience.
Even though she was busy in the back assisting with food prep and managing the team, I could clearly hear her calmly and respectfully guiding her employees—letting them know which pizzas went to which customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her communication was polite, professional, and effective.
What really stood out to me was how she still made the time to greet every customer who walked in—even with so much going on behind the scenes. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made everyone feel welcomed. That kind of multitasking, leadership, and positive attitude is rare to see, especially during the dinner rush.
Mrs. Kimberly clearly takes pride in her work and in her team, and it absolutely shows. She created a great atmosphere for both the staff and customers. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves—she is an asset to your company!
