Whataburger — Restaurant in Pearland

Worst Whataburger in Town! Shadow creek! Very busy tonight and you could see the people working were clueless and the manager was overwhelmed but we waited on one item while the rest of my $40+ order sat and sat and sat and sat some more... So when my fajita taco FINALLY came up I kindly asked them to remake my order as now it was all cold... The manger got nasty with me but ultimately remade my order.... Quickly I might add... probably not even 10 minutes.... But guess what handed the order to the cashier and says this is for the guy crying at the front counter.... So naturally I checked my order as I knew it was wrong before I checked it... How do you ask? Because I heard the manager call the order back wrong.... She didn’t care to read the ticket before running her mouth... This woman should not be a manager anywhere treating customers like that because they asked for fresh food.... Try eating onion rings and French fries from Whataburger cold... their food does not keep long after it’s made... Choking down a cold burger from there is no fun.... MASSIVE FAIL after literally waiting almost an hour! I wish I could say this is a one time incident but sadly it’s not.... I’m a 3 to 5 times a week Whataburger guy and it’s the closest to my house but the worst run store I’ve...

I am so disappointed in whataburger and their customer service, but what do you expect when you have teens that have no communication skills and the attention shand of a squirrel. I went into Wataburger (1058) today. As I walked in, I was not greeted as there were two workers leaning on the counter talking to each other (young man / young lady). The teen boy had to tell the teen girl that she had a customer. She decided to come around the counter to the kiosk. I ordered a whataburger all the way and a #7. The young lady entered 2 combos. I corrected her and said, " Is that 2 combos?" She said yes. I repeated my order. I want a whataburger and a #7. The girl entered 2 sandwiches, which I did not catch until I sat wondering why I still have not received my drink cup. After waiting close to 10mins. (Watching all of the workers talking and laughing in the kitchen area) I was able to get the girl's attention to ask about my order. She told me you asked for 2 burgers. I corrected her and said no. I asked for a whataburger and a #7 ( that's a combo). I suggested you focus more on her customers than her coworkers to make sure she understands what is being ordered. Smh... This comes on the heels of me going to another whataburger where they gave me the wrong drink after...

We got there at 9:38pm placed our mobile order for just a small shake,a cookie and hot apple pie, there were 5 vehicles in the drive thru line it took 20 minutes to get to the window. The young boy comes and says your total is $12.43 I then tell him we placed a mobile order under Andy he says ok and walls away. Once he leaves we waited a few minutes longer and now a young girl comes and asked me what my order is I tell her she leaves and we see the employees inside just passing walking back and forth looking confused lost like they don't know what they're doing. More time passes maybe five six more minutes I see a girl fixing a drink I honk my horn she comes to the window I ask her what's going on I'm waiting for my mobile order Three simple items that I've waited more than 30 minutes for I asked her to call whoever's in charge The lady comes and asked me my order I repeat again to this person my order I tell her I told the young boy over 10 minutes ago and he never returned. I will never give my business to this place again The employees were rude acting like they didn't want to be there couldn't get me three simple items in less than almost 40 minutes! Uncalled for and just ridiculous get it...
