Absolutely terrible customer service and food quality from this 7Spice location. I ordered online, I ordered a 1lb EZ peel shrimp combo, in the 7spice sauce in the spiciest flavor. When I received my food it looked like it had ltrly just been boiled in orange water. There wasn’t any of the traditional seasoning in the sauce as there normally is AND the taste was just salt as well. There was NO spice or flavor at all. Even though I ordered the spiciest flavor. When I called to share my experience the manager, Julio, said they could remake my order, I said I can’t drive over there again and he said but we already made it it’s ready for you. I said I just called you 2 minutes ago how is my order ready? He said don’t worry we added more sauce and it’s ready for you, you can come now. I said okay and sent my mom to pick it up, she gets there and Julio the manager says the food isn’t ready. So there my mom is explaining the situation and Julio is being rude and disrespectful and not providing a solution to the problem. Long story short the customer service is atrocious, the food is lackluster and not seasoned and definitely not anything like it is advertised to be. I’ve been to the 7Spice fuqua location and it’s so much better. Save your money, don’t come here. Drive a little bit more to the fuqua location. You...

The crawfish were as good as any I’ve had. They tasted clean, were cooked to correct firmness (not mushy), flavored very well. On the crawfish I’d give them 5 stars.
Gumbo - Typical quality for non-premium restaurants. OK. Good enough for a quick snack. Recommendation to cook: consider a cooking method that allows more of the chicken broth flavor into the gumbo. I’ll cooked chicken soup for my wife using 10 lb bag of leg quarters that tasted suspiciously like gumbo after adding some gumbo file. Gotta get more of that real meat flavor. If can’t use real meat for broth consider more chicken bouillon cubes.
Red Beans and Rice - Entirely missing the required pork flavor. Consider cooking with ham hocks, salt pork or neck bones. Good texture. Good it has the diced seasonings. If real meat flavor isn’t an option consider adjusting for more onion, garlic and chicken bouillon for flavor, but nothing is a perfect substitute for the real pork flavor.
Ettoufee - would like more celery, onion, bell pepper flavor over roux flavor. Was better than the gumbo and red beans and rice.
I 100% recommend coming for the crawfish and maybe trying some other items...
Read moreWe got our food to-go; it was ready at the given time so that was exciting. Alonso was very nice. Let's talk the most important thing - why do I care about this review? Well, I do travel fairly often including frequenting Louisiana quite a bit (everywhere along the Mississippi) and I do love to eat pretty much any type of cuisine. The seasoning on the shrimp and crab legs was on point. I got them "hot" and 7spice seasoning (they had garlic butter but I'm a Louisiana flavor purist) and it had a pretty dang good kick to it. The one downside was the shrimp might have been a little overcooked, they weren't as easy to peel I was expecting but it didn't detract from the flavor. We also got a medium bowl of the red beans and rice (with sausage) and gumbo to try. The red beans and rice had a lot of flavor - I was not sad. The gumbo was also good; the roux is not super dark (which I prefer). We also had a shrimp poboy, fully dressed, and it was excellent. It'll be nice to have a local joint to get poboys. I'll have to come back and try the crawfish now that I know the seasoning...
