Crumbl — Restaurant in Pearland

I placed an order on the Crumbl App, for a dozen cookies on 9/15/23 for my grown son’s birthday dinner. It charged my credit card. The App asked for a reservation time of pickup, which I chose 6:00 pm. The App accepted that time slot and put as curbside pickup. At no time during or after was I informed that that time was unacceptable. Fast forward to 9/16/23, 6:00 pm., I arrived at Crumbl on Pearland Parkway. Crumbl employees did not respond to my curbside App arrival. I went inside and stood in line. The people ahead of me were picking up their order as well. I listened in, as they were not happy. Crumbl employee Rachael informed them, she could no longer fulfill their order as their cookies had already been sold during the day. They were asked to pick out other cookies that they currently had remaining. Which were plain chocolate chip and apple cider muffin. I was thinking to myself thank goodness I already ordered and paid for mine the day before. OH, DID I HAVE A RUDE AWAKENING! It doesn’t matter if you have already ordered and paid! Crumbl policy is NOT to fulfill an order already placed and PAID for! They do not box up your cookies and have them ready for when you come in to pick them up. They start selling cookie once their doors open. So, if they don’t have the cookies you ordered, they don’t care. Whoever, comes in the door first gets the cookie first. They have no problem asking you to pick something else out. I didn’t want a plain chocolate chip cookie and my son has an allergy to cinnamon that was in the other cookie.I asked what they had planned to do with it being a curbside pick-up order. They didn’t care. My daughter called other Crumbl locations and learned that this is their standard policy. First come, first serve! Not like ordering a cake and picking it up for a party. Unless you pick up your order before noon, you probably are not going to get the cookies you ordered. Very bad business practices! They should NOT even been accepting orders online or Crumbl App! Crumbl Made My Tastebuds Dance! 🍪

Oh. My. Cookie. Goodness! Crumbl Cookies are the sweetest, most scrumptious temptation I've ever encountered! From the moment I laid eyes on the cute pink box, I knew I was in for a treat. But little did I know that my taste buds were about to break into a full-blown dance party!

Let me tell you, these cookies are not for the faint of heart. Each bite is like a party in your mouth, with flavors that make your taste buds do the cha-cha, the moonwalk, and even the sprinkler dance! I mean, who knew a cookie could be so multi-talented?

I tried their Chocolate Chip cookie first, and it was like a warm hug from a cookie fairy. The gooey, melty chocolate chips were like a delicious treasure hidden within the soft, doughy goodness. I couldn't resist taking another bite, and another, and another, until the whole cookie vanished like a magic trick!

And let's not forget about the presentation. The cookies are beautifully presented in their signature pink box, like a little gift just for me. I couldn't help but feel like a cookie royalty as I indulged in these heavenly treats.

Needless to say, I've found my cookie soulmate in Crumbl Cookies. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to see what other delicious flavors they come up with. If you're ready to have your taste buds bust a move, then do yourself a favor and try Crumbl Cookies ASAP. While the product is good, the staff needs to work on their structure. When you go in the store, everyone is in the kitchen preparing orders. This leaves the front counter unattended and guests not welcomed when they enter. You basically go in and wait for your name to be called, but make sure you don't get skipped over because your items may be given to someone else.

We ordered one of the new cake cups and someone else did. Both of us arrived after our order was ready. The other person went up and checked on his order and they gave it to him. They ended up giving part of our order to him and had to remake our cake cup even though it was sitting right next to our order. Additionally, one of the cookies that we ordered was the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookie. We discovered that it was supposed to have Reese crumbles on top, but it didn't. Small details make a big difference.

Once they get better organized, customer wait time will decline and satisfaction...
