Whoever manages this store seriously needs a new brain, or just a brain period. I was pretty sure most chipotles have a separate line of food for employees to make online orders, but nope not this one. The owner here wants all its employees and customers to suffer. I was in line last night with only 2 people in front of me. i had to wait 15 minutes just to order because literally in between every customer actually physically standing in the store, the first girl on the line had to also make online orders that included multiple bowls and burritos. So one person in store would get their order made, and then the rest of the customers and employees would literally stand around and stare at her as she made multiple orders to go for online people. I counted 6 other employees just standing on the line as we all stood and stared for food to be made for customers who weren't even in the store. I kid you not, before it was even my turn to order, the line was to the literal door of the restaurant and if one more customer came, the line would have been flowing onto the sidewalk OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT. Yet we all had to stand there, a literal restaurant FULL OF PEOPLE, and wait for food to be made for people sitting on their butts at home while 6+ other employees stand around doing nothing. Does that sound normal or like a smart decision to literally anyone? Yeah, me either. I'm not sure what idiot they pulled out of the circus to run this place, but i'm pretty sure a monkey could do a better job. The management and ownership here is a joke and I feel sorry for the one employee who was actually putting in the work last night while the rest just got to stand around and...
Read moreTo be fair, they were extremely slammed and I haven't been to this location in a while. However, it was weird that customers had to go up to the counter rather than the mobile pick up area if they ordered online. Maybe they're experiencing people picking up the incorrect orders and they're tired of remaking food? I totally get it. However, I was motioned to go to the register to pick up my food. When I walked over there, the girl stared at me blankly. I tried to explain that I was sent over to get my online order and her response was, "yeah. Name?" Okay. I get it. But maybe she couldn't hear me over the music that was playing from a phone placed on the back counter. I sure couldn't hear her. When I said thank you, there was no response. Just more blank stares. Again, maybe it was my fault for going to Chipotle on Cinco de Mayo. However, I could overlook the stressed and exhausted service if the food wasn't as stale as it was and the cilantro lime rice was more lime than rice. My honest opinion, don't go if it's a holiday. Try a Tuesday when it's not so crazy. In the past, this has been one of the better Chipotles I've visited. Im going to say it was...
Read moreI’ve come to this location twice now and will never return. The service is horrible seems like the young ladies in line all have a ATTITUDE. I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle well this particular location, but the girls act like it’s money coming out of there pocket when making your order. Literally barely giving you rice/meat/beans like as much as we pay are you serious. On top of not one having a attitude, but three well let me add ALL FIVE, because when I wanted to speak to a manager two of them gave immediate attitude as if I called for their resignation, or something. It wasn’t even involving them, but their reaction definitely put them in the middle as well. I want to be clear the one with the light eyes is the absolute worst of all, but also the one who purposely charged me twice yes she’s horrible too. These young ladies SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN ANYONE’S establishment. And there’s never a CLEAN place to sit. I have to play roll the dice on which spot is less dirty like really come on. For this Chipotle to be in that area you would think they would try to fake it a bit, but they absolutely DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER...
