Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Pearland

I went to this place cause my sister said the bowls were really good. I ordered an acai bowl only to find out the strawberries tasted rotten and a hair was found on top of the bananas. It really grossed me out cause they don’t wear hairnets or gloves. I immediately complained and the girl that was working said to come back when the manager was there cause he had stepped out. She didn’t offer to replace the bowl or refund my money even with her looking at the hair. She just said again the manager stepped out. First off, I wanna just thank the 2 women that were working today. I drove EVERYWHERE to get a smoothie and all I got offered was a milkshake. I was at work at the time (Pool technician class 3) in this heat and when I came in I know I didn’t make sense because I been in the sun all morning, but they made sure I got exactly what I needed. TBH they even got me a better smoothie than the one I wanted!

I already told my wife we coming back to try there bowls and ima for sure be there every time im in pearland working 🙏

1 thing I cannot stand. When I make the decision to spend my money, to try a new place and I am asking for recommendations, and why you’d like 1 thing over another I expect you to sell the product, sell the brand. I expressed twice it was my 1st time, and I asked about 3 different juices.
