We have been customers of Patio warehouse for years. They rank 5 stars because of their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for their clients. As an example; about 4 years ago we purchased a Suncoast patio collection that included two swivel bar stools. We love the furniture but have had problems with the bar stools. The weld between the seat and the base has broken twice on both bar stools. Patio warehouse has repaired the stools on each occasion without question. The weld broke on one of the bar stools for a third time recently. Gerri and Robin at Patio Warehouse have been fantastic and exemplify excellent customer service. Amazing showroom, huge selection of shapes, sizes, brands, prices, all custom ordered from the manufacturer. The sisters worked with us to identify our needs and in no time at all, we found the set we wanted. Our table extends from 88” to 120” with self-storing leaves. We love our mix of swivel rocking chairs and got a few extra matching stackable for larger crowds.
