Nice experience, with restaurants and shops mostly open Tuesday through Saturday. Although I came on a Monday, there was some stores and restaurants open. I noticed a lot of the stores and shops evolved around the western themes with Pendleton Roundup interest. It was a good day seeing the statues and flowering displays along the street.

I'm from La Grande, OR and I take the 🚌 over there to try out one of my favorite 😍 restaurant: Moe Pho which is the bomb in my opinion, but some of the historic buildings need to have a facade renovation to make them a lot...
