I am very upset with my experience at Pulp and Pine today. I spent two hours painting a project that was given to me incorrectly. The frame for my picture was far to large for the actual project. To fix this, they would have to cut both the frame and the background to my project. My project would still be off center. The ladies working were great and speaking with the person who owns this place to figure out what to do next. I was given the opportunity to keep my $50 project and not receive it until sometime next week and it would be off center and uneven framed still. OR to take the project they painted (which was completely different colored than mine). I then requested a complete refund and was granted it due to the experience. Unfortunately, I still wasted two hours of my time painting a project I will now not get a project and I was not even offered a take home project or anything. I normally don’t do reviews, however I feel as if I have to shout this place out!! :) We had a stressful thing happen to our bachelorette party and our event got cancelled three days before the party day and pulp and pine came in and saved the day for us! They were able to get us take home kits for the girls to do in place of our event and it was a blast! They were so nice and really helped save our day! All the projects turned out so cute! We took our girls for a paint and pizza night. It was wonderful. Kids had fun. Doors were locked until lock up and IDs checked for pick up. Highly recommend this DIY place! We will be back again!
