WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was rescheduled 3 Different Times and the mattress set still hasn’t come . I threw my daughters mattress out under the impression “they were on their way back to the warehouse with my set” and would be calling me to deliver it as soon as they got back . I was then contacted saying there was a mix up they didn’t have my order . It would be another 2 days but delivery was guaranteed for that day. So I thought what’s two days on the couch. but no it’s been almost a week since my baby has had a bed . Ginny is unprofessional and disorganized . She called multiple times asking did I live a,b,or c. (Random people’s address) and I couldn’t get a word in to tell her no and give her the correct address that I had already given her prior.
