Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

NEVER AGAIN!!! Very late, poor service, undercooked. I called to place my order at 4:59 p.m. At 6:08 p.m. when my order still had not arrived I called and spoke to the manager who had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted my order. Seriously??!! She tried to claim that I had not been charged for it when it had already reached my bank account . She claimed they did not have the correct phone number and apartment number even though I gave it to them. I was told that a new order would be made and sent out to me. After getting tired of waiting again I called at 6:49 p.m. I was told they were still waiting for a driver to deliver it. They seemed very lackadaisical with no sense of urgency whatsoever. They finally showed up at 7:07 p.m. saying that I still owed a delivery charge . This place is a joke! There is no justifiable excuse for why I had to wait over 2 hours when I live across the street! I normally order from Domino's that never keeps me waiting more than 20 minutes. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this place again! And I will tell all my Uber customers not to go to...

Last night around 840, I placed an order online. the wait time said 60-90min for delivery. I understand that it was Sunday night and the store was busy so I was okay with waiting. It was 11pm and we still had not had our pizza or had any updates on the pizza hut tracker, pizza hut tracker said it was in the making decided to call the store to find out the store closed an HOUR ago at 10pm. We never received an update and we were still charged.. the next day I call the store and ask to speak with a manager, well the person who answered the phone said ok what can I help you with, I explained to her my situation to her and she said that the manager voided my transaction last night and I should of been contacted but she wasn't working last night so she doesn't know why they cancelled also said that it shows carryout in her system. I told her it wasn't but she did say anything but that I will get my money back in 2-4 days. SUCH a horrible experience. I have confirmation of delivery so it was not carryout. Save your time and money just carryout if needed cause they are...

Y’all actually suck! This store should not be in business at all! I’m not really one to leave reviews as i work in the restaurant business and am a manager myself. However; we ordered pizzas at 7:26 have the phone call on my phone to prove it. Y’all took the credit card number and Said it would be here soon. An hour and a half go by and still nothing so we call back and the lady names Samantha says oh I’ll look it up for you and Says it’s on its way it should be there any minute. She also told us to call back in 10 minutes and they will refund us our money and still bring the pizza. Well that was at 8:54 so we called back after 10 minutes and the manager says it isn’t even in their system. Well we reput the order in and it is now 9:42 and still nothing. Y’all took our credit card number so I’m just curious what that was used for the first time. Anyways do not recommend this place. At all go to another Pizza Hut.
