I had such a wonderful experience at the Kendra Scott store! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The store itself is stunning — bright, elegant, and full of beautiful pieces that you can even customize at their jewelry bar, which is such a fun and unique feature.

While I was there, one of the team members noticed a charm I have on my necklace (pink boxing glove w/breast cancer ribbon) and asked if I was a breast cancer survivor. When I said yes, she was so sweet and attentive, taking the time to talk with me about Kendra Scott’s breast cancer awareness efforts and the work they’re doing to support the cause. It meant so much to feel seen and supported in that way.

We had such a heartfelt conversation, and I truly appreciated how much care and kindness she showed me and my niece during our visit. It wasn’t just about jewelry — it was about connection, compassion, and creating a moment we won’t forget.

To start, I’ve never bought or owned a Kendra Scott piece. Today I walked into the Kendra Scott store about 20 minutes before close. I was greeted cheerfully by one of the sales associates - Carley!
