We went to find the perfect dress for my younger sister, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine friendly staff. The variety of dresses available was stunning, with each piece showcasing exceptional quality and unique style!

The customer service was truly outstanding. The owner, Blanca, took the time to understand my sister's preferences and provided personalized recommendations that suited her perfectly. They were incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire shopping experience. 5 out of 5 stars!!! And Yes, they do speak Spanish!

Came in to YoBella Dresses to look for a Quinceañera dress for my daughter and was greeted by Lia. We looked all over the store seeing all the beautiful dresses but my daughter already had a dress in mind she had previously loved from another store. I mentioned it to Lia, showed her a picture and with pleasure she was able to get the same dress for us from Ragazza. We had such an amazing experience with Lia’s customer service. Never felt pressured to buy. When we came back to the fitting we met Blanca which had such good customer service as well. The ladies at Yo Bella were kind, patient, and informative. They made this experience special for three generations of women to bond over quinceañera dress shopping. I did not feel rushed or pressured into any purchase. It was all a natural process. I can compare it to an opposite experience where another store made us feel like our business was not worthy of their time.
